I have been treated terribly. I ordered a pair of Burberry’s for my husband and the order came through as women’s? So I immediately tried to cancel/edit the order and they replied with no, I just have to return the same????? And incur a $30 fee to return? After several emails, ‘Joanne’ replies with a generic email, stating the exact same thing? DO NOT use this company. This is my first time - disgraceful customer service!
