“They sent me the wrong item, which i immediately packed and sent pack. It’s been nearly 2 months and neither a refund was made or they acknowledged their quality control error. It’s very unlikely I am getting my money and will report these scammers to the consumer protection agency to block this site.”
“I ordered a bag and there were heavy quality and fabric issues. I sent tonnes of pictures and finaly returned it. The return by DHL express was flawless and quick. But actually no communication possible, no answers. Really bad behavior and I wouldn't order anything there. They keep 25€ return fees even it was there fault and I communicate with Klarna to get it back, because Cettire does not answer and do anything. Really rude und unprofessional.”

“On July 121,2024, I purchased 2 pairs of bottega veneta shoes, I only received one of the 2 pairs today in the mail today.
Of course, Cettire already took my money very fast.
There is ,oddly, no way to call them since there is no contact telephone number for Cettire.
The only way customers can communicate is via email and thus far, no one is responding.
I just want my missing pair of shoes to be mailed out to me quickly or get my refund for the missing pair of shoes that I never received :(”

I ordered shoes which were small so i packed it immediately with the tag on as i received and returned. I ordered a bigger pair of the same sandles next day which turned out to be perfect and i kept
After chasing for a month for my refund they slapped back the old pair of shoes via dhl without the tag and said it has marks and we cant accpet it! The marks were on the shoes when I initally received because its lamb skin so mustve been damaged in packaging but i didnt create a fuss because i was anyways returning the shoes due to small size but they used their own blunders and made false claims

“I made an order on the 26th June and until now 7th July the item is still processing . Ive enquired multiple times through there app but as yet I have had zero response. Tried to email them direct and again zero response. I therefore have no idea of the status of my order or when or if I will receive it. Their customer service is a shambles and non excitant. “I initiated a return with Cettire within one hour delivery of an item that did not fit. Cettire rejected my return claiming that the tags had been removed and the item was worn. This was an absolute lie. Cettire appears to have itself distressed the item and removed the tags and rejected the return in order to retain my money. This is fraud, pure and simple. I returned my order and it has been several weeks and Cettire has not refunded me. The purchase was over $450. I was aware that they would be keeping a return fee but where is my refund. Let’s be fair so that customers don’t have to write bad reviews and go through their credit cards companies to fight for their hard earned money. “I return orders and got "store credits", which they said will automatically apply to your next order. I ordered again, and they never applied. They claimed it's gift card, and wont apply. I cannot see the gift card number, I have not received any gift card email as they said. And they will never apply "store credit" to my account. This is a scam company! Never buy from them!!!”

They rejected saying it was used. If the product is big for me how can I use it. Plus it was sent back immediately when we received. They returned my item but they r telling that they will charge 150$ for rejecting my return. Like seriously it’s not mentioned anywhere in there site. It only says I have to pay 30$ for return.
