They are deceiving customers when it comes to return items I ordered shoes which were small so i packed it immediately with the tag on as i received and returned. I ordered a bigger pair of the same sandles next day which turned out to be perfect and i kept After chasing for a month for my refund they slapped back the old pair of shoes via dhl without the tag and said it has marks and we cant accpet it! The marks were on the shoes when I initally received because its lamb skin so mustve been damaged in packaging but i didnt create a fuss because i was anyways returning the shoes due to small size but they used their own blunders and made false claims Very unethical behaviour They dont care about customer loyalty
