I initiated a return with Cettire within one hour delivery of an item that did not fit. Cettire rejected my return claiming that the tags had been removed and the item was worn. This was an absolute lie. Cettire appears to have itself distressed the item and removed the tags and rejected the return in order to retain my money. This is fraud, pure and simple. This company should be shut down. Never buy from them.
