The lack of customer service is horrible. I have not gotten a response to several emails. I found a number online that apparently does not work. I returned my order and it has been several weeks and Cettire has not refunded me. The purchase was over $450. I was aware that they would be keeping a return fee but where is my refund. Cettire makes shopping with them entirely too unpleasant. Why???? Let’s be fair so that customers don’t have to write bad reviews and go through their credit cards companies to fight for their hard earned money. Annoys at this point but determined to obtain my refund! I hate to have to spread undesirable experiences to potential customers.
