“Let me tell you my experience before you purchase anything on this webpage. I have placed an order on this site in January 2024. The item hasn't arrived. When I requested tracking information it showed wrong delivery address with the status - delivered. When I kept asking to provide detailed tracking information they were directing me to DHL for more information, when DHL refused to share any information and directed me to the seller. Since then I have been trying to get any tracking information or refund and there was no response from them. once a month they were asking me same - to contact DHL and the item is already delivered. Later they said that because time passed they weren't obliged to solve my problem. After insisting, just to get rid of me they provided different paper "issued by DHL", where the delivery address was correct this time (when couple of days earlier they said the DHL can't provide any information). On new paper everything was the same: delivery date, time only this time the delivery address was "corrected" that seemed fake to me. Just know, they are irresponsible sellers, they are selling luxury brands with the worst customer service experience. I feel like I am scammed and advise you to be careful with them. They might never send the item, never respond and provide any correct information and never refund money.”
“Never, never deal with this disgusting store! I will say right away, if you paid by credit card or PayPal, you can do a chargeback! I bought Mason Margiela ballet flats there, received them quickly, tried them on at home and changed my mind about the color! I saw that I had already received them with slightly dirty soles, but even if I had left them, it would not have been a problem, since they could have been tried on before me. Therefore, unfortunately, I indicated the real reason on the return label (that I changed my mind), but I should have indicated that you sent them to me damaged! They were taken by a DHL courier, they were quickly returned, but then the interesting part began, they processed the return for a long time, but then I received a letter that I was waiting for a parcel from them, but I did not order anything! I write to them and they tell me that I allegedly returned damaged goods to them! Although this is not true, I tried them on only once in the apartment! This is manipulation so as not to return your money! Absolutely unprofessional approach! They themselves put things up for sale with defects, and then say that it is your fault and they will not accept the goods back! I will never buy anything there, even if it is significantly cheaper”
“cettire is horrible, they crand as easy returs but then dont refund you because they charge $25 for each item as processing fee then they charge $50 restocking fee for each item. stay away”
“This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned. They received the return and “refunded”it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn’t even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I’ll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews.”
“Please do not buy from this company. First they only provide a 20 euro express delivery option. When returning an item you need to pay an additional 30 euro’s as a return fee. For this amount you also have to print your own label. So now I spent 50 euro’s and am left empty handed.”
“Do not buy from this website!! They are a fraud and scammed me!! I ordered a Zimmermann short in black size 0 and got a different size short and it was worn. It was also send on a different hanger (from the brand Pinko) and a plastic wrap without the usual product sticker on it. I send it back and send them an email asking if they lend out clothes for shoots or perhaps this was a return from a different costumer. They said that they would investigate and let me know. After having to send several emails to inquire, they still did not get back to me!! Suddenly I received an email from DHL that a delivery from Cettire was coming my way. I contacted them again and they told me that the item was dirty and worn and therefore was send back to me. Even worse, they included a picture of a completely different item in a different color (it was beige)!! Please do not buy from this website, they are a fraud and scammed me for almost $400!!! Also you can only contact them by email, they do not have a costumer service you can call. They are not legitimate!! Also they have removed all negative comments and complaints on instagram!”
“Purchasing from Cettire is a gamble. I've had okay experiences but I was finally scammed. They sent me an already damaged product and when I returned the item, they held me responsible. Painful lesson learned. I will no longer purchase from them. Absolutely egregious. I will attempt to dispute the fraudulent charge with my bank but there’s not guarantee I will recoup my money. Only purchase from this company if you’re okay with potentially losing money.”

Ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived and feel cheap so pretty sure they are not authentic.
I put them on for less than five minutes in my flat and sent them back.
I then got them shipped back because the sole is damaged? They sent me the attached and sorry but where is the damage? These have clearly not been worn.

“Cettire used to be good in the past, but since they changed their refund policy, I think it's a rip-off.
I don't think it's fair that when you request a refund, it's on the base price and they don't refund what you paid in taxes. After all, I paid a tax to the government for something I don't have, and Cettire keeps this tax.
In ALL the stores I have purchased from, if I return something, the tax paid is also refunded.
This is completely unfair and illegal.”

It took over a week to be issued a refund, despite their inventory still being listed as updated on the site. It’s bait and switch so they can offer you “110% back” in lieu of a refund.”

Still waiting on an item that I ordered four weeks ago but returned another item and they are charging me $75 extra return fee because the order was over $800 but I never even received the other half of my order to make it over $800. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Customer service just went around in circles. Still haven’t received the other item I am going to dispute the charges on my charge card! YOOX is a much better buying experience.”
