“Brutal after sales service. Returns policy is the worst I’ve ever heard of - 14 days from delivery compared to 28 for ASOS and 60 for Yoox. Even then they charge a €25 fee. DON’T use them - they’re not even a warehouse - it’s all drop shipping which means they don’t even handle the goods.”
“On 22.01.2024 have ordered BALENCIAGA coat for GBP 2k, paid by the card I already used for shopping with Cettire. The store confirmed the order and charged my bank account.
Few days later they say the order could not be completed as it believed to be fraudulent! The money are charged and not returned back. Will have to request police investigation to return my money.”
“Good luck getting any information from Cettire. I purchased a bag two and a half weeks ago and it is still processing. It has said processing since Jan 7th and it is now Jan 24th. Absolutely non existent customer service. No way to cancel an order or return an order. Also no phone number provided on the website to actually talk to a human being about an issue. Items seem to me authentic as I have ordered with them in the past with no issues but never again will I order from Cettire. One star is being very generous for this review.”

Website does not produce return labels and after 2 full weeks of emailing customer service I still have not received a label AND my return period is up now. We have had back and forth emails for 2 weeks! Do not order anything unless you are absolutely sure about it. The worst customer service EVER and clearly non-refundable product and falsely advertised.”

“This company deliver the item but have a terrible returns policy. Returns must be received back within 14 days (acceptable) but there is nothing in their returns policy that states that this must be initiated within 10 days and initiating after 11 days will result in a refused return. I bought an item as Christmas present, obviously needing to arrive a few days before the 25th, in my case the 19th, leaving just 4 days for the return but I had no idea it had to be initiated within 10 days as there is nothing that states this. Return refused.”

“I waited for my order to be shipped for 8 days, the status was still processing. When I wanted to cancel, they charged me for 25 euros. This is a misleading practice, they earn money by not providing the products you pay for.”

Asked us for photos verifying new condition....we provided and still leaned on their 14 day return policy! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I will leave a negative review everyplace I can. Disputed this with my CC and they ended up siding with them due to their 14 day joke policy. FRAUD!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!”
“I ordered a matching set top and skirt. The top arrived on its own, I later get an email to say the skirt is not available. I therefore returned the top since it was a matching set, and they have the audacity to say the taxes will not get refunded and a refund fee will be deducted despite this being their inability to fulfill the order of the skirt. Two emails to customer service about this go unanswered. UPDATE: Email from Aaron says even though the items are matching and they are therefore sold individually (yet it is one order and one payment that they took) and therefore, taxes, refund fee will be DEDUCTED since I returned the top. Shocking disgusting con people. Happy to attach the emails here as proof if there was a way.”
