“I ordered a luxury handbag that was never shipped. I contacted Cettire and requested a full refund since the bag was not shipped within the expected shipping window (per Cettire, 3-7 business days). Cettire responded and said I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel the order. So you fail to hold your end of the bargain by not shipping the item and I owe you a cancellation fee!?!?!? This is insane! Needless to say, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank because Cettire will not process my full refund. Sigh.... Save yourself the headache. Please shop elsewhere.”

“I bought sneakers from Cettire. They sent the shoes with some black shading on the bottom. I thought the shoes were just distressed. I sent the shoes back the next day and they sent them back to me and said I wore the shoes. I emailed them and let them know that the shoes came that way and I sent pictures of the soles, inside and shoelaces, which were all perfect. They said the shoes would never be sent out that way with their quality check. So basically said I was lying. Horrible experience.\”

They charge a refund fee when items are returned and do not refund taxes, duties or shipping charges.
There are many other online fashion websites that do refund all the above.
As well, there is no way to reach a person by phone for customer service.

“Everything went wrong. I have bought before and it didn't go as bad but lastly I bought a bag and soon as i received it, the same day asked for a refund. They sent me the label and I returned it the next day. I am here waiting for my partial refund, at least some money, only to receive a notification from Fedex that i am receiving a package from Cettire and lo and behold is from the same address where the bag came from. I literally opened the box and closed it and returned. If they tell me it was damaged, this will be the biggest lie. I asked for a return label the same day I received it. Why the heck am i receiving the bag again? Of course, sent an email, but probably the stupid bag will arrive here all way from Italy before I receive a response. I feel disgusted. Not even sure what I can do.”
“Due to my mistake I selected wrong item and was confused as there was no belt width size mentioned so I returned same day.
After chasing for 1 month I got partial refund. They deducted shipping and customs charges even though I bought other items from them.
Such a useless website where there is no client support.
I warn all new shoppers to be careful as this website does not give full product information and blame the customer for wrong choice.
They do not believe in repeat customers. They should be out of this business if they continue to behave and cheat people like us.

“I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes in a 38 but they were a little small so I ordered the 38.5 and returned the 38. Since reading the reviews, I was worried about whether they would accept the earlier return. I emailed them and they said they’re working on it. I now got a notice from DHL that they are shipping me something and I haven’t ordered anything else so I can only assume it’s the 38 shoes that they are returning to me. I’ve tried to return the 38 1/2 since I don’t want two pairs of the same shoes and the Cettire site won’t let me process the return. Only buy something from this site if you have no intention of returning anything.”
