They sent no return instructions or slip.. They refused to even allow me to exchange for a different size. They had me waste my time to send photos of the item and write up request to only reiterate their ridiculous policy. It went nowhere and I'm stuck with pants that don't fit,”

I ordered a bag , the bag was fabric and had a line going down the whole bag because one thread was pulled so bad it couldn’t be fixed. I shipped the item on the 21st Oct and they finally refunded me on 10th November, 21 days to refund is appalling. They also charged me a £20 return fee and didn’t even acknowledge the pictures I sent of the damage.
The worst thing about buying from a dodgy company like this is that they will send you a faulty item and charge you a hefty fee of £20 which is deducted from your refund. None of it is your fault, you paid in full for something new, in good condition and instead lose £20 because the staff can’t carry out quality inspections properly. All seems like a scam to me.
Buy at your own risk but I have ordered from her twice and each time the items looked like it was used and cleaned up to sell.”

Ericka a customer service agent said they were out of stock and would send me a digital gift card good for up to a year. The gift card was invalid and I’ve never been able to access anyone else ever again. What a scam. All of us wronged, duped, and scammed by the international fraud ring should come together with an international lawyer to form a class action lawsuit. They need to be shut down. I no longer purchase anything online.”

FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS BAG
Unfortunately I cannot leave a glowing review for Cettire and the reason is I feel duped, conned and now finally ripped off. Their site indicated they had only two of the Max Mara Marine Bag left in size small. I purchased one and within a day later they had the remaining bag listed for approximately $140. less than I paid. I contacted them and requested my card be adjusted to the price shown for the last bag as these two bags were the last of the 2024 season. They refused. Not only was I tremendously disappointed in their business practices but the experience has left a really bad impression. I can't recommend to anyone that they do business with Cettire without full knowledge that they could easily pull the same on you. They apparently are NOT interested in future business from former customers.
