I paid 800 usd for a bag. It was still in process for two weeks. I asked for status updates they wouldn’t share. I asked for cancellation, they accepted to send cancelation no request but it’s still a month with no confirmation. This is surely a scam. Their service is horrible. They never reply to your questions - they have email templates they use repeating the same things without really supporting customers. I have no confirmation that my money will be returned. Don’t use them.
