Cettire sent me the wrong size belt. Immediately contacted them with pictures to back up the error. Initiated a return which they claimed shipping and import fees on, despite their error. I protested and they've been waiting for "review" of my return for a month now. Holding both product and my money. Several emails back and forth and more excuses about review. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with the bill. I have initiated a chargeback through my bank as I legitimately believe they are trying to keep both the money and the product. Avoid Cettire at all costs.
