The customer service was the absolute worst..they took two days to respond to my request to return. The return window is very very short and it's very difficult to contact them to start the process. They sent no return instructions or slip.. They refused to even allow me to exchange for a different size. They had me waste my time to send photos of the item and write up request to only reiterate their ridiculous policy. It went nowhere and I'm stuck with pants that don't fit,
