Everything went wrong. I have bought before and it didn't go as bad but lastly I bought a bag and soon as i received it, the same day asked for a refund. They sent me the label and I returned it the next day. I am here waiting for my partial refund, at least some money, only to receive a notification from Fedex that i am receiving a package from Cettire and lo and behold is from the same address where the bag came from. I literally opened the box and closed it and returned. If they tell me it was damaged, this will be the biggest lie. I asked for a return label the same day I received it. Why the heck am i receiving the bag again? Of course, sent an email, but probably the stupid bag will arrive here all way from Italy before I receive a response. I feel disgusted. Not even sure what I can do.
