I bought sneakers from Cettire. They sent the shoes with some black shading on the bottom. I thought the shoes were just distressed. I sent the shoes back the next day and they sent them back to me and said I wore the shoes. I emailed them and let them know that the shoes came that way and I sent pictures of the soles, inside and shoelaces, which were all perfect. They said the shoes would never be sent out that way with their quality check. So basically said I was lying. Horrible experience.\
