I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes in a 38 but they were a little small so I ordered the 38.5 and returned the 38. Since reading the reviews, I was worried about whether they would accept the earlier return. I emailed them and they said they’re working on it. I now got a notice from DHL that they are shipping me something and I haven’t ordered anything else so I can only assume it’s the 38 shoes that they are returning to me. I’ve tried to return the 38 1/2 since I don’t want two pairs of the same shoes and the Cettire site won’t let me process the return. Only buy something from this site if you have no intention of returning anything.
