Purchasing from Cettire is a gamble. I've had okay experiences but I was finally scammed. They sent me an already damaged product and when I returned the item, they held me responsible. Painful lesson learned. I will no longer purchase from them. Absolutely egregious. I will attempt to dispute the fraudulent charge with my bank but there’s not guarantee I will recoup my money. Only purchase from this company if you’re okay with potentially losing money.
