Cettire used to be good in the past, but since they changed their refund policy, I think it's a rip-off.
I don't think it's fair that when you request a refund, it's on the base price and they don't refund what you paid in taxes. After all, I paid a tax to the government for something I don't have, and Cettire keeps this tax.
In ALL the stores I have purchased from, if I return something, the tax paid is also refunded.
This is completely unfair and illegal.
