I ordered a bag and there were heavy quality and fabric issues. I sent tonnes of pictures and finaly returned it. The return by DHL express was flawless and quick. But actually no communication possible, no answers. Really bad behavior and I wouldn't order anything there. They keep 25€ return fees even it was there fault and I communicate with Klarna to get it back, because Cettire does not answer and do anything. Really rude und unprofessional.
