I have placed an order for a pair of shoes and I never received them. Its been over 30 days, the product still appears in stock, yet Cettire.com is refusing to send them stating that the product is out of stock.
They have charged my credit card, the money has been with them for over 30 days and I haven't receive either the products or the money back (refund). This website is a fraud
