Not only is there customer service awful but the return policy is OUTRAGEOUS. For orders under $800, they charge $25 return fee PER ITEM. Above $800 order, $50 return fee per item. I only ordered 2 items, both of which I had to return because their was no product description letting me know that the fit was insanely oversize. So now I'm stuck paying $50 to ultimately have just tried the items on. When I emailed them to explain how flabbergasted I was seeing the return policy (which was not transparent on the product page alongside their return description), saying the lack of product description did not support a well-informed purchase, and asking if they would do me a one-time courtesy of not charging me for the return, the response I got was in no simpler words: "the quality of the products you received is fine, so that's our policy." I will NEVER order from them again.
