Ordered twice from them because of the cheaper price. Don't order from them because you never know what will happen. First time they sent a kids size large rather than a men's size. Asked for a shipping label as they charge $25 for a return. They did not respond. Tried disputing with the credit card company and they disputed back that it was correct and it was not worth my time to submit with a whole lot of paperwork that I did not have, which I would have had to contact Cettire for. Second time an order was in process for 3 weeks. I used a 10% discount code which is probably why they didn't ship it. To cancel the order it was $25 just to click on cancel. They don't respond to your emails and to get my money back that was already processed to the credit card for an item that hasn't shipped, I had to pay $25. Don't say that I didn't warn you. Do not order with them. You will be paying the price.
