“Return policy is a total rip-off, and they seem to go out of their way to make your life miserable when you want to return something.
It's hands down the worst I've ever encountered.
1. They charge you $30 CAD for a return, and to add insult to injury, they won't even refund the taxes you paid.
2. You're given a ridiculously tight window to return items, and if there are any shipping delays, tough luck—you're out of options.
3. Their customer service is a joke. They couldn't care less about helping you. Instead of addressing your concerns, they just keep spamming you with copies of their policy.”
“Not only did they send me the incorrect item, but have blatantly ignored me after emailing them EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR A MONTH to get a return label. If zero stars were possible, that’s all you deserve.”
“Customer service is awful. I’ve ordered some shoes for my husband’s birthday. He’s tried them on but they’re half a size too small. I saw on the platform that they have a larger size available but customer service is just refusing to exchange them because the returns deadline has passed by a week. I find that incredibly inflexible and shocking, do they really want to lose a future customer and want me to discard the shoes as he can’t wear them?? That doesn’t make any sense. These were expensive shoes and I’m not even asking for a return or a refund. Customer service is just ignoring my emails now and there is no way to reach them via phone. They’re not a legit luxury goods platform and I won’t use them again. I cannot recommend them at all.”

“Scam!! Stay away! They took my item back and making excuses to avoid refunding. I forgot to send them the tag and told them will send it no worries and been waiting for 2 weeks for them to make the dhl label for return. Essentially they are avoiding refunding while keeping my 550€ item. Complete scam that I will report to authorities, do chargeback and contact a lawyer to deal with it.”

“Selling items that they can't fulfill and giving me the run around. Order placed on November 10th, today as I write my review, the date is Nov 19th...after several emails, I finally get a reply saying:

“Cettire's customer service is ABYSMAL! They sent me the item in the wrong color and charged a restocking fee to return it! It takes forever to get any responses and they will absolutely not work with you even if it's their fault. I would highly recommend to stay away from Cettire!”
“Cettire is located in Italy, so overnight shipping isn't feasible due to customs processes. In my experience, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive in the US. If you're shopping during the holidays and have a specific deadline, it's advisable to place your order at least a month in advance.
The products from Cettire are authentic, and they are well-packaged. The prices are remarkably affordable because the products are all from past seasons. I plan to continue shopping with them.
Keep in mind that the order won't include the original packaging or brand shopping bags, as it doesn't come directly from Prada, Gucci, Givenchy, etc.”
“I bought a corset type of belt from MAX MARA, from previous collection, it was nowhere on internet, only several scam websites like CETTIRE. The original price £800, on CETTIRE £479. The belt fitted small, which was weird, I wanted to return. After reading all the revies, I realised it will cost me more to return than just to give up and leave it. Then I started looking at the belt and comparing it with te pictures of the belt on sites like MyTheresa, Matches Fasion, which are 100% legit websites. It proved to be fake!!
Same as many other people, I got no response on my email. But will definitely escalate it to a court case, to get my money back and punish the fraudsters.
If only the size was good, I would probably believe this was a good bargain and that I wear an original Max Mara belt. See pictures attached. They put the size S (76) LOL!!!!! There are no such sizes for the belts. There could be 70, 75, 80, 85.... Stitches are inaccurately glued, never seen on Max Mara!!! And other f ups... That's a serious fraud!!!! Please, stay away from overpriced , ok quality fakes from China.”
