Scam!! Stay away! They took my item back and making excuses to avoid refunding. I forgot to send them the tag and told them will send it no worries and been waiting for 2 weeks for them to make the dhl label for return. Essentially they are avoiding refunding while keeping my 550€ item. Complete scam that I will report to authorities, do chargeback and contact a lawyer to deal with it.
