“Worst online shopping experience ever!!!! I ordered a Jacquemus bag at a great price. They took the funds off my card and I was happy that I bought it at that price. Furthermore, after 24 hours, they send me an e-mail that the bag is unfortunately out of stock and they offered me two refund options (directly to the bank account or in the form of a gift card with another +10% of the total amount). But they also said that they will monitor their stock and if the bag shows up, they will fulfill the order. Of course, I immediately went to check on the website if the bag was really out of stock, but I saw that the exactly that bag was available at a higher price. They assured me that it was not the same bag because it was not produced in the same season, although when I clicked on the bag from my order, the same one at a higher price would open. The discussion went on for days and I had no more patience for them and their lies so I asked for a refund. The only good thing is that the refund was realised in a very short time. In any case, if you want to save your nerves and money, avoid this site because they are scammers!!!!”
“This company is the worst at customer service. I recently placed an order on 9/21. Usually my orders are shipped within a couple days & I receive soon after, just like their website states. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation on my last order & I needed the items this week. I have emailed them MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE times over the past week asking why it hasnāt shipped & when they expect it to ship! Iāve received absolutely no responses. They donāt provide a phone number or a customer service line. In the past when Iāve returned items , it takes them over a month to refund after theyāve received the items, & do not communicate the process .”

“This website is a complete scam. I paid over $600 for a pair of Balenciaga shoes. Received completely different items from what I ordered and wronf size. Tried to issue a return online, couldn't login to the online account, nor process a return online, kept showing errors. I wrote many emails to customer service. Got no responses. It's saying the return expires after 14 days. Now it's been expired according to them coz I got no response. I disputed the charge. Horrible shopping experience. What a waste of time and money. Their website doesnt allow you to make a return and after more than 10emails - which they take their sweet time to respond- they have told me that i cant return the item without any valid reason.
Here is the final email i sent them-
August 21st: Order was delivered. This is a birthday gift so it was opened a week later
August 28th: Order is opened by my friend (As a birthday gift) and decided this item should be returned.
August 29th: I tried to return it online and your website dint let me so I decided to try again later.
August 30th: Website still dint let me so I submitted a request form describing the issue on FAQ website which i dint receive a response yet.
Sept 1st: I wrote an email describing all this- see attached screenshots
From Sept 3rd: I am writing emails to get the DHL label from my address almost every single day and dint receive a label still. - see attached screenshots or check for my previous emails.
The item is in Pristine condition- it wasn't even completely opened. Again please check the attached pictures and you can only issue a refund once you check the condition. But can you please send me a DHL label from the following address so i can make the return. Thanks”
“I ordered a Marc Jacobs bag which was supposed to come with a detachable cross body strap. When I opened the package, the strap was missing.
After weeks of wrangling (every email I sent took 2-3 days for them to respond to) they agreed to a return.
Two weeks later they have both the bag which was not "as described" when delivered and my money.
They will not refund my money and I am finding the whole situation very stressful. They made a mistake but refuse to rectify it.
I am in the process of getting my credit card company to contact them, but I am very disappointed it is having to go this far”

“I ordered a suit from Alexnder McQueen. They said its both avalable. Now there should be a shipment of the pants, but not the Blazer. i asked about the Blazer 5 times. Non of the Emails is answered. It is like a black hole.
Tomorrow I will ask the bank to stop the payment. Never ever. I have no idea if this is a garage shop with nobody at home in the moment, or a shop at all. Do not ordere there - it is pure frustration. I will contact all my friends in New Zealand and Australia. Its simply awful. As a customer you have only the option of contact via Email. “It took 7 days to dispatch my order. It arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Goods confirmed returned by Cettire & still waiting for a refund almost 2 weeks later.
Painfully slow, unsympathetic and inept customer service. They repeatedly insisted that I sign a statement falsely declaring non-receipt of goods in order for them to open a claim with their shipping courier.
A manager eventually contacted me stating that both Cettire and DHL deny any responsibility for the damage incurred and that $118 worth of āreturn feesā will be deducted from my refund.
This is not the first time I have encountered an issue buying with Cettire but it will certainly be the last.
Donāt be fooled by the prices. They cut corners with insufficient/poorly trained staff and have hefty return fees hidden away in their terms & conditions.
Take heed of my experience, as well as the litany of other dissatisfied customer reviews on here and go elsewhere for these products. Not only will you have your order faster and with better packaging but you will not be left pulling your hair out with a difficult and drawn-out process to get your money back if any issues arise”
“I place an order with Cettire on 9/2/23 at 10am. I ordered the London Burberry Tote for $863. My total order with shipping and taxes came out to 1025. As soon as I place the order, that amount was deducted from my bank account.
Here's the problem: an entire day later (today is 9/3 and it is 9pm) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER COMFIRMATION!! Like wtf?!
For the past 13 hours, I have sent Cettire 14 emails requesting an order confirmation for my 1k purchase and they have not responded to none of my emails and I still never received an order confirmation!! And of course they have no contact # listed which had I realized that before I ordered, I would have never ordered from these scammers! They are fking SCAMMERS.
