They should be reported. To all those who have had issues like myself, report this company to the Office of Fair Trading in Australia. I’m in Europe and as the company is based outside of Europe I don’t think I can report them here. Am I right? Will try everything to get this company reported. Item came and was faulty. They will not reply to any email and won’t accept my pick up address so I can return the product. A complete sham.
