I tried returning item after one week emailed th for the return instructions since site wasn’t working for me. And they took days to respond and when responding said I’m outside 14 days. I was trying to contact them on 7th day! They they claim to escalate it then go back to me with sorry hope you understand beyond 14 days. I’m going to file fraud with credit card.”

All attempts at contacting customer service with emails have resulted in them telling me they cannot issue a refund rather than trying to find out why the shipment has not been given to the shipper. I need these items for an event in 2 weeks. I left plenty of time for them to ship me the items (It has been 10 days) and the shipper still has not received the items from the store to ship to
No one at Cettire is trying to locate the shipment and get it to me. They are just telling me I can return the shipment once it gets to me! What if the shipment does not get to me because it has been lost for 10 days till Now?!

“On 7/18/23, I ordered a jacket from the online company Cettire. I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them right away in changing the size and their response "Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, we recommend that you return the order after delivery and separately purchase other items you may desire". So I placed an order for the correct size right away. When I received both items, I had to open the sealed plastic it came in so I can return the wrong size. I mailed out the package on 7/20/23. Only then I realized that I got charge for 2 items. I emailed Cettire regarding the status of my refund on 8/2/23. They replied "Apologies for the delay.We have yet to receive an update regarding the outcome of the return from our team. We have escalated your return to our team to get back to us urgently. Once we receive feedback, we will proceed with the refund accordingly". The next day they sent me an email "The item returned to us was damaged. Please see the corresponding images attached for your clarification. Unfortunately, we have to reject the return because it was not returned to us in the same condition as shipped". The jacket had lotion smeared on one of the side. I responded to their email in regards to the "damage" and it was not damage that was a lotion and it was easily removed. I also questioned the respond from their customer service. How was I not informed about the damage right away? Why am I the one to contact their customer service through email to find out that it was damage? The manager responded with "However, upon careful review of your case, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do if an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition and does not adhere to the requirements clearly stipulated on our website". I responded to their email that the unsealable condition was to confirm that I am returning the correct size and the lotion was probably mishandled by their staff. There is no direct telephone number to contact them and only through email was the only form of communication. I felt that I was scam by this company as they rejected my request for refund.”

Warning, don’t buy! This website is probably fraud. I’m shopping for many years through websites like farfetch, Mytheresa etc, and I always had very good experience so when decided to do so by cetirre I was supe ignorant of what would happen…
So I first bought two designer’s trousers. When I received the products I saw extremely poor quality. However, since they were heavy discounted I thought maybe it was a very old season and that material was just fashionably different etc and honestly did not pay attention. I just returned, paid the 25 euros fee (for each of them ….) and after loooong time got reimbursed minus the 50 euros…
Some months later, I spotted some designers bags in sale. Once again I didn’t get suspicious that no other website had a discount on these (I regret my ignorance now…). So I paid some thousands and waited for my products. 2 days later after I got notified by the e-Bank that transaction gone through, I got an email from CETIRRE saying that there are insufficient funds in my bank account and so my order should be voided. Of course in today’s digital world it took me only 2 min to check my back account and see that my payment was normally taken and it was pending approval from the merchant. Of course in this case the funds were taken out of my account. To be sure, I also called my bank (an international known bank) and they confirmed again that transaction was successfully completed and it seemed that the supplier just had to pull in the money. Also they told me that as the transaction has normally gone through, I could not cancel and get my money back, unless the merchant returns to me. So, I contacted CETTIRE , showed them my bank statement and hoped it was just a misunderstanding. What I got, was a very unresponsive behaviour and almost “automatic”emails keep saying the same fake story: that transaction is problematic and purchase was cancelled and I need to repurchase. It’s now 7 days after our emails and I still have not the money in my bank account. A last hint, just after they told me that order is cancelled, the items I bought got back to increased price…. You can draw your own conclusions.”

Cettire refuses to reimburse or replace my stolen goods. Beware, if you receive an empty box you will not be able to get a refund. So disappointed .”
