Worst online shopping experience ever!!!! I ordered a Jacquemus bag at a great price. They took the funds off my card and I was happy that I bought it at that price. Furthermore, after 24 hours, they send me an e-mail that the bag is unfortunately out of stock and they offered me two refund options (directly to the bank account or in the form of a gift card with another +10% of the total amount). But they also said that they will monitor their stock and if the bag shows up, they will fulfill the order. Of course, I immediately went to check on the website if the bag was really out of stock, but I saw that the exactly that bag was available at a higher price. They assured me that it was not the same bag because it was not produced in the same season, although when I clicked on the bag from my order, the same one at a higher price would open. The discussion went on for days and I had no more patience for them and their lies so I asked for a refund. The only good thing is that the refund was realised in a very short time. In any case, if you want to save your nerves and money, avoid this site because they are scammers!!!!
