This company is the worst at customer service. I recently placed an order on 9/21. Usually my orders are shipped within a couple days & I receive soon after, just like their website states. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation on my last order & I needed the items this week. I have emailed them MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE times over the past week asking why it hasn’t shipped & when they expect it to ship! I’ve received absolutely no responses. They don’t provide a phone number or a customer service line. In the past when I’ve returned items , it takes them over a month to refund after they’ve received the items, & do not communicate the process .
