We have a video system and no DHL delivery guy came and the address is correct. Then, Cettire will charge you return shipping and taxes without you receiving the order! “Hello, the Cettire online store is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. I bought a Burberry hat at the beginning of December 2023. I returned the product on time. In January, I received an e-mail that I returned the product incorrectly (apparently the location was wrong and the wrong product was returned). I didn't have the option to choose the location and if I entered a product that I supposedly returned incorrectly, why did the label print correctly? I ordered a scarf from the website but was erroneously sent a beanie instead. When I reached out to Cettire Customer Service to fix the matter, they initially refused to refund me, saying that I requested the refund too late (it had only been 2 weeks). After many attempts to escalate the matter, they finally agreed to the return. However, once I sent the beanie back, Cettire reviewed it and issued me a refund of the purchase price I had paid less two-way shipping fees. They have refused to answer any emails since, nor answer why I should be robbed of the said shipping fees when it was wholly their fault for sending me the wrong item to begin with.”
