“Awful experience, same as majority here. Bought a pair of YSL espadrilles, arrived and they were faulty - literally the tongue was not attached to the rest of the shoe!
Sen them back after an awful customer service experience and FINALLY sent a replacement, just in time for my Europre holiday.
Took them to Europe and the 3rd time I wore the shoes - literally, the entire toe split open on the right hand shoe.
Took to a cobblers to fix and they showed my how the shoes were faulty and, in their opinion (I was in France after all) YSL would NEVER let this shoe through quality control, at best it would be a seconds, but he felt they'd throw it away.
Save $100 off $550 shoes and ended up with worthless shoes, wish I'd just paid RRP from YSL to be honest.
Awful site and dreadful, fake/knock off products and no quality control at all.
Wife and friends have had similar experiences and won't use again.”

“I ordered a 38.5 RV flat shoes but they sent me a size 37.5. Obviously, I have to return it. The hassle of going through it really fazed me. On top of that, they charged me $25 for the returns, something that’s not even my fault!
After returning the wrong sized pair of shoes, I ordered again my size 38.5. Lo and behold, the price was not the same anymore. It was more than the price that they posted a couple of weeks back. I found it so disconcerting. Very disappointing! I totally felt it was a highway robbery.
To make matters worse, their customer service representative wasn’t for the position they represent. They’re just like people without feelings. I wonder why they’re called “customer representatives”.”

Owning a business, I know how entitled customers can be these days, so you really have to do something extremely messed up to tick me off. Well this is beyond that. We purchased a pair of shoes for a gift (Christmas) and when the gift was opened, the shoes were different size!! As though that was not bad enough, we’ve been dealing with their customer support for nearly 3 months now! The absolute horrible blunt responses you’ll ever hear/read. Will probably end up with no resolution by the signs of it. There shouldn’t be this much time and nerves wasted over hundreds of dollars. STAY AWAY!”
“Okay first of all their online system is not the greatest. However if you know what you want...you will get it in perfect condition. Yes DHL did do the delivery and I had no issues they updated me through my phone of when they will arrive. I think where problems arise is if you decide to return something or if you got the wrong size in an item then you will definitely run into problems....their customer service sounds like bots. Bought gucci and marni bags and they are gorgeous!...I bought the wrong size in the belt bag and that's when I got a taste of the bad customer service....I figured out a way to make it smaller without returning😊”

Bought a high priced skirt with a flaw in the material at the front, it also stank of perfume.I tried to return it and after 3 months of almost generic emails they returned my skirt with no notification.So I emailed them, they said I would not be getting a refund because the tags had been removed.I absolutely DID NOT remove the tags ! This is a LIE.
It is something they can say and do which cannot be proved..so be warned ! I now have a skirt which I cannot wear and they have my money
