Okay first of all their online system is not the greatest. However if you know what you want...you will get it in perfect condition. Yes DHL did do the delivery and I had no issues they updated me through my phone of when they will arrive. I think where problems arise is if you decide to return something or if you got the wrong size in an item then you will definitely run into problems....their customer service sounds like bots. Bought gucci and marni bags and they are gorgeous!...I bought the wrong size in the belt bag and that's when I got a taste of the bad customer service....I figured out a way to make it smaller without returning😊
