“These guys are shady and downright fraudsters. The founder and CEO should be ashamed of himself. It’s about time authorities shut down this disgraceful operation. While, they have no QC to ensure accuracy of advertised goods before shipping an item, but they do take weeks/months to perform a return QC on the same item.
They shipped me a VERY used limited edition JMM sunglasses, scratches everywhere on the titanium frame, lenses totally different than advertised, silicone nose pads discolored and downright dirty, signs of use so prevalent that some of the gold polish completely vanished…After back n forth for weeks, I shipped the return back only to be stuck in never ending cycle of performing QC on return items… like they have a team of mad scientists examining everything under a microscope. I wish you had done similar due diligence when you shipped the used sunglasses to me.
Then I get my return minus shipping, return shipping, taxes and customs fee. Complete disaster.
Oh, while they were allegedly performing their QC on the return, they already had listed the same item to be bought by some unsuspecting and gullible buyer…. While holding my partial refund for weeks. Dishonest!!!”
“I ve been ordering sneaker and bags in the last couple of years and all came in perfect conditions. Sometimes they take time to reply when you send them an email but they always fix any issue. No problems with returns either”
“I have had the most horrible experience with cettire. I purchased a dress, it was too small so they wouldn’t let me exchange it so I returned it and purchased a larger size.
I sent the dress back and a month later they came back and said the dress was damaged so they wouldn’t refund me.
Meanwhile I bought the dress in the larger size so now I have it in both sides
I repeatedly checked in on the return process to never hear back from anyone until almost a month later when I started a dispute with them via American Express.
Then they produced photos of damage to a dress that was never worn.
I will never ever purchase from this sight again and will make sure I do not recommend them to any of my clients.”

“The worst and most distressing Australian online shopping experience ever. Chloe Boots purchased ($1300) in Feb this year, and the box arrived with no boots inside!! I have witnesses too. From the CETTIRE side - No one will help me, only customer service replies via email sporadically. I have emailed almost daily asking for a manager, supervisor and still nothing. I’ve also contacted their Investor Relations team - and again no reply. I sent a lot of money and no product arrived!! Very upsetting with no phone call either to ascertain the incident and work towards a resolve. I’m completely out of pocket : ( it’s their lack of comms that frightens me the most…. It is now April!!! I am so so so upset. It’s a company that is listed on the Stock Exchange, with shareholders. I would be aghast if I was a shareholder!!”
“I had a flawless experience with my first order at Cettire, however the second one was a nightmare. First of all, they've sent me a wrong item. I sent it back requesting a refund in the form of a store credit to purchase the item I really wanted. It's been three weeks so far that I'm trying to get the refund and I have no idea if I ever succeed. First, they indicate that the refund is ready, however they do not provide a code to actually use it. Then, they say that they sent you a refund activation code, however they misspelled your email (which is non-sense as the customer service team uses a correct email address to communicate). When they ultimately provide the code, it appears that the code is invalid. And it goes on and on. They just keep on footballing your emails in attempt to delay the refund. The company seems to be in a bad financial shape that they lower their standards to actually cheating customers. Please stay away.”

“I order led some Versace shoes and need to get a new size . I was told I had to return them and get a credit . They received my return in the 21st of March. I didn’t get a gift card credit til April 1st after hounding them. And when I went to use the $600 gift card it didn’t work. It says invalid discount code . I tried to call them and the number did not work so I’m back to sending a thousand emails again for a resolution . Not happy. Poor service .”

Like all other people are saying in the reviews, the return process is genuinely terrible. Not only do they charge you extra $25 for returns, but also they try all kinds of ways to tell you that there is something wrong with the return.
I returned the $300+ product exactly like I got it. I didn't wash it nor remove anything. After I print our the return label and had he package collected, I had to wait a a whole week before I even heard back from them. Noted, I haven't received any refund at this time.
I was told towards the end of the second week that "I have removed the original brand tag. "
I placed an order on March 4th and submitted a return on March 8th. Then the package is picked up on March 11th. And I waited for 10 days and didn't hear back or got any return updates. When I sent an email to ask about the process, I was told that they suspected me removing the tag when I did not do anything but return the product as it came. It has been almost a month, and I have not yet received my refund.
Bear in mind that I have been constantly reaching out to the company and did not remove the tag and they are using it for the excuse to not refund me. There are so many better options to shop, Farfetch, Net-a-porter, moda, ssense, and all of these websites have seasonal sales. I genuinely do not want any more people get scammed.”
