Fraudulent company that shamelessly stole HK$400 from me. I ordered a scarf from the website but was erroneously sent a beanie instead. When I reached out to Cettire Customer Service to fix the matter, they initially refused to refund me, saying that I requested the refund too late (it had only been 2 weeks). After many attempts to escalate the matter, they finally agreed to the return. However, once I sent the beanie back, Cettire reviewed it and issued me a refund of the purchase price I had paid less two-way shipping fees. They have refused to answer any emails since, nor answer why I should be robbed of the said shipping fees when it was wholly their fault for sending me the wrong item to begin with.
