“Excellent service & product. My new shed arrived already painted but alas 2 yrs on, the paint had not survived the Cumbrian winter. I ordered the replacement paint from an unknown source, but Elbec proved to be an excellent choice. From selection through to delivery , they provided a first class service. I also recommend the shed paint, which covered the faded areas perfectly. An excellent choice all round.”

“Communication was fair form Elbec once prompted, the lead time and stock indication wasn't good and having to chase up for delivery timeframes wasn't ideal.
Forest's delivery service was excellent, time slot and driver's attitute were great.”

“My arbour arrived within the timescale advised and all the parts were there. I decided to paint before assembly and each part looks fine. My only gripe is extra staples on various parts which needed to be pulled out with pliers. Being good at DIY I do not see any problem with assembly.”

“The only complaint I have if any the delivery driver didn’t get my order to my gate, also the openers for the windows are missing.

“Good quality great price fast efficient delivery. Instructions clear. Got someone to put together for me and done in around 2 hours. Just advise to check screws. Larger ones needed were missing but joiner had some. Otherwise great”

“Sorry to say I was underwhelmed by the quality. I accept that natural wood splits, and moves with time. But I do not expect to receive the shed with large, long splits in the slats, warped slats, or broken supports. Safe to say I will not recommend this shed to anyone.”

“When I placed an order for the log cabin, and chose the delivery date, the next day they told me it was a computer error and I had to wait another two weeks for it to be delivered which was fine when they finally delivered the log cabin they forgot to send the doors and on top of that I had a wait another week for the plastic windows and when they finally sent the windows, I was one window short so I had to wait another 2 to 3 days for them to be delivered!”

“Shed not yet built but so far so good. Regrettably the delivery date was not communicated until prompted and shed was delivered before the eventual notification of delivery came. Overall, however, cost and quality of 10x6 wooden garden shed are good.”

“Playhouse for the grandchildren. I have put up a number of such buildings over the years This was the worst. Half the timbers were warped it was like piecing bananas together. Very dissapointing for the money”

“I placed the order at the start of April and it has not arrived mid May. It seems that the use of multiple ‘middle men’ for delivery and dispatch means the delivery date keeps keeping pushed back further and further which has been very frustrating. When I have contacted elbec, the reply was very defensive and I still don’t know when my greenhouse will arrive 6 weeks after ordering.”
