“The product is ok nothing spectacular. I am however missing peices which I've been in contact about. Would be 4* but the instuctions for building the shed are impossible to understand. Felt like i was making some of it up as I was going along or just trying my best guess to see what fits where. No labelling of parts or correspondance in the insrtuctions. Needs a massive rethink.”

“Easy to order online at a very competitive price. Delivery was fast and they kept me informed of times. The canopy itself was well packaged and took my husband and myself about 5 hours to assemble. It was a straightforward job. We are so pleased with it! It looks fab on our decking and lets in so much light. My main reason for choosing this canopy was the adjustable sizing which was necessary for our space and it fits perfectly.”

“This is a sturdy shed once built. Parts of it, the closure hasp, hinges & window “glass” are not adequate but all either have been replaced or will be. You get what you pay for. The price was good & delivery was excellent.”

“Very happy with my 7x7 corner summerhouse. The quality of the wood was good, no cracks or splits. And the price was very reasonable. Only issue would be the way the wood is attached to the pallets, for delivery. It took about an hour to remove, due to the way it was fastened on.
I would definitely buy again, my summerhouse looks really good.”

“We purchased a 10x8 shed, but there were no supports to hold the roof in place. I visited a few places that sell said 10x8 sheds and they had extra supports to ensure the roof is secure and you are able to access the roof to put the felt on.
The customer services a passed me onto the supplier, who were good over the messaging system they use, but i ended up visiting their head office as it was only a few miles down the road.
I spoke with a few people and they offered some advice, which i followed, but to no avail, so I had to purhcase extra timber and support myself in the 3 positions in addition to the small supports they have provided.
I would not purchase this item again unless there was clearly improved support for the roof, and if you are thinking about purchasing this item, just be wary you will need extra wood for support, otherwise, you will have bowed roof and not be able to climb over the top and fit the felt, as you would probably fall through the roof.”

“Prior to delivery good notification. Very poor receipt of the Arbour as it was taken from the van in bits and pieces and placed on the drive. No inventory list to check all parts were present and as such a small piece of the wood was missing and my joiner who erected the Arbour had to craft a small piece to fit. It would have helped if they came in bundles of like parts taped together but as the customer you are expected to check . As it was in bits and no inventory check list apart from assemble instructions it made things difficult.”

“No communication on delivery ....on the the day greenhouse was delivered...pallet was left on my drive with no communication from delivery driver.......l found pallet two hours later when l happened to go to my driveway .
