“Bought a 10 x 7 Shire shed to replace an old one. While the product appears OK, delivery was a nightmare!
First shed arrived 10 day later via Shire's delivery contractor Pallex Group stacked 10 feet high on a pallet which had fallen over in the van and was damaged. There was no way the driver could get it out of the van and I was certainly not going to accept broken components.
15 days later another contractor delivered a second shed also stacked 10 feet high but would not bring it off the road into our drive because it is gravel. The only way to get the parts off the pallet was to cut the plastic strap holding them but this would have resulted in the whole thing falling over. Had to secure it by putting rope around and anchoring it to my car before unloading the pallet!”

Unfortunately manufacturer had missed one bracket out which I informed them of on Saturday and it arrived in the post Tuesday. Very pleased with the product and service.

“For the money we paid i cannot really complain; delivery good, product good, door lock poor, glass for windows poor as too small by about half an inch ...I got by with sealant . Again it's not a Rolls Royce so I can deal with issues.”

“Very disappointing. It does not align with the description on the website.
It certainly is not built with thicker than normal timbers. The way the windows are fitted is a joke, they are not anchored at the top or bottom and would blow out in a good wind. When you connect two window panels the windows do not align, in my case there was about 1 inch difference in height.
The shed has only been built for 10 days and already there are gaps showing between the shiplap cladding.
Certainly would not have bought if I'd seen one built in advance.”

“Really pleased with my purchase.Greenhouse arrived very quickly after ordering. My son started erecting the new greenhouse on the cleared site of my old one, ploughing through the mammoth instruction pamphlet. All going too well only to discover some vital pieces to secure the roof panels missing. Phoned your customer services and spoke to a very pleasant young man and was promised the missing packet no problem. Thought this was too good to be true , but after a few days received the packet in the post.
