“We ordered a Hampton Corner Summerhouse back in the summer. We are delighted with the building, although the company sent to erect the building were slow in responding and once finally it was in place one of the panels dropped within 17 days of installation in August. It has taken copious calls to Shire, the installers, and emails to Elbec to finally sort the problem, which we have been told was a direct result of the initial bad installation made. I cannot fault Elbec, who have been quick to respond each time and have followed up my pleas by chasing Shire. I truly believe that without the persistence and tenacity of Shaun at Elbec we would still be waiting for a return visit. I was not even surprised when the date scheduled for the return visit went without Shire arriving, or ringing to say why they had not come. Shaun followed it up for me after checking to see if we were happy with the repair and finding it had not been done, and hey presto, Shire came out two days later! Thankyou Shaun!”
