“A good shed. Two niggles - why do they persist with these silly window fittings, and, the roof could be a bit better supported. Apart from that I'm happy with it. Good price and delivery service too. Quite easy to assemble on my own but recommend two people for the roof.”
“I love our summer house. I chose to have house already painted and im so glad that u did, although i thought it would be a clear top cot, when it came it was bright ginger. I had no problems with delivery it was here within 5 days of ordering. When we saw it i nearly had heart failure, it came with about a hundred pieces .. i couldn't believe it and to be honest, i thought what have i done. But actually it wasnt that bad at all, it took 2 men a day and a half to put it together, the worse part was putting the window panes in and the frames , it took hours. So just be warned the windows you have to put in yourself. There was a couple of items missing, but after a phonecall it was sorted fast. Overall i am very happy with puchase and i would use the company again.”

“A great shed but why does they have to be a but on anything well I will tell you it came as told the driver was great and helpful loads of parts not a problem then take a look at the drawing not clever it was a good job there was two of us and one was a joiner my self a engineer it needs to be a simpler way to put it together but overall a great buy and a great shed and a very good company to deal with”
“Having moved from a very large rural garden with 3 Sheds and now have a tiny shared front garden and rear garden of 12 ' x 14. This shed is perfect and allows me somewhere to store garden tools etc. It fits neatly against the wall of the shared access accommodates all necessary tools, spare paint etc. it is also now a lovely Forget me not blue.”
“It’s good. Occasionally bends in the hot weather but then straightens up afterwards. I think it’s more to do with the fact that our poles are shorter.”
“The delivery was made at the time posted - email sent at 6.30 am for delivery at 7.30am! The driver was very helpful, carrying the whole load to the place I showed him. Although daunting at first, the erection was straightforward and instructions clear. The roof presented the greatest challenge and certainly requires 4 people (if you are not tall!) One piece was discovered to be missing but not vital to the construction. The completed building looks great and good value for money. It has been admired by neighbours, one looking to get the same model for their own garden.”
“Quick and speedy delivery during lockdown... arrived 4 days after ordering. Would have been to have received an email informing of delivery. Anyway Palram pent shed is brilliant. Easy instructions and quick to assemble although we had a few issues with the door... maybe slightly more detailed instructions needed. But all in all very pleased.”
“I bought this product as it seemed to be better quality and a lower price than another very similar summer house I saw on Amazon. I called to ask what the optional treatment was and whether i would need it if painting the summer house with Cuprinol Shades and the lady I spoke to told me the wood treatment option was unnecessary for me, which was very helpful. The web site said it is "usually deliverd in 3-10 working days" but in fact it was about 12 days, though I wasnt ready to erect it earlier anyway so this didnt matter too much. I had a phone call in advance of delivery to say that the driver would contact me on the friday before to confirm if it would be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday but he never called and just turned up with it on the Monday! That aside the product is of good quality and the written instructions are sufficiently comprehensive and easy to follow. However some of the pictures look like a photocopy of a photocopy so are not all that clear and less than helpful sometimes. In some cases you are unsure whether the pictures shows the inside or outside of the summer house and it takes a bit more effort ot work it out. End result is a very nice looking product and I am happy with it and would buy it again, though hopefully that will never be necessary....”
“The garden shed was delivered as ordered and described. The delivery driver was okay but miserable because he’d had an early start. Although the company literature says the product would be delivered to your front drive the company could be a bit more understanding and flexible for elderly customers. All in all not a bad shed for the money.”

“Unfortunately our gate was delivered damaged hence the 4 stars but customer service was fab and sent out a replacement within days. Delivery was also relatively quick given that we were right at the beginning of the pandemic at the time. I wouldnt think twice about purchasing from elbec again though.”
“Summerhouse arrived quickly from Shires with very comprehensive instruction books. All necessary fittings were included and everything went well. Erection was completed in 3 days by one person. Finishing off and painting has taken much longer but it now looks fabulous. Several pieces of wood were warped but Shire's replaced them which was good except that the carrier (DHL) took a week to deliver them, even losing the pack at one point and telling us to contact Shires about it ! Very pleased with the price from Elbec and good customer service.”

“Product: 15 x 10 (4.55m x 3.04m) Forest Overlap Double Door Pressure Treated Apex Workshop Shed Very pleased with this shed - Have insulated, clad and fitted electrics and it is quite robust and standing up to the weather - Couple of minor recommendations, as this is quite large would help if the floor boards are screwed down and the roof had roof bars (which I added) instead of felt nails - Will definitely be getting another one (or two!)”
