“Great Web site and service. Have bought a couple of sheds from you now. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery, so it's just me being impatient. As we live in a small village with narrow roads it's great that you offer smaller delivery lorries. Keep up the good service.”
“Rating would of been excellent had it not been that the delivery was made to the wrong address but was quickly resolved after a quick phone call and the delivery made to the correct address within a short timespan(I.e 2 hours!)”
“The panels are too large to get through normal size doors if you don’t have access to your garden any other way. Luckily I could get them over the garages that are adjacent to the garden. Generally very well built but the floor is a bit bouncy.”
“Delivery delay was becoming problematic for us but a surprise delivery at 7 am on a Friday morning saved the day. 2 days required to paint all pieces twice, put together and fill with compost and plant up made for a very happy bunny in the end. Thank you”

“The arbour and arch were first class quality and well worth the extra wait - this was the only reason I didn’t give five stars! They’re both now assembled, painted and in position - perhaps the assembly instructions could have been more precise, but that might be nitpicking!”

“Very please with my 10 x 8 Shed. Delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks but it was worth the wait. Sharon was very pleasant and extremely helpful in keeping me informed of progress and delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. I would recommend Elbec.”

“Managed to erect it in a week-end with the help of a friend. The finished product is of excellent quality but one word of caution; after three weeks, when strimming the lawn, a flying stone shattered the side piece toughened glass in a million pieces - a costty £65 to replace! Question; Why is their no warning of this eventuality in any of the blurb ? Advice to prospective buyers - "Don't use a lawn strimmer within firing range or at least cover the glass with a piece of plywood"”
“Delivery quick and well done. Self assembly is fairly hard and you need to have most woodwork tools to complete the job. It would be really helpful if the window frames could come with the hinge insert already chiselled in as this was a bit tricky. The house itself looks fantastic and my daughter is thrilled with it. We have painted it ourselves to the colours we wanted.”

“Great communication and delivery. Assembly instructions clear and all parts needed for the build included. Some fettling needed because front panel had been made carelessly and some slats were out of line. Overall really good value and granddaughters are very happy!”

“I’m only giving four stars because my item is not advised to be delivered until late April early May. I am sure it will be fine! I am adding to the above due to the reply I just received, which implied I was complaining about my delivery time. I will state here I had no issues with this and didn’t really appreciate having it explained to me that they were busy. My issue may, however, be receiving a purchase review request, four or five weeks prior to my item arriving. I am not retaining an email on my system for this length of time, nor am I giving five stars to something I haven’t seen. My review explained, in my view anyway, why I had given the score I did. I promise I will wait, as I had intended to anyway, like a true subservient.”
