“Item acceptable although needing some remedial work I.e removing poorly hammered nails on 5 occasions. Delivery was dreadful, told mine was on transport as the 5th drop spent all day waiting never arrived. No communication from firm. After a few phone calls was told delivery would arrive a week later. Very annoyed customer.”
“As an ex mechanical/electrical engineer ,the instructions weren’t very explicit and negatively the holding down kits were wrong-even when your subcontractor sent 2 replacements they were the same,so l gave up complaining and bought real rawlplugs industrial types—on the other hand it was reasonably priced so 3 out of 5 stars.

“I've treated outside 3 times and we haven't had any rain and already it's bowing on every panel on the front doors, not impressed after paying such large amount pics to show”
“The service from elbec has been great. But the shed itself, terrible. I put my foot on the base without any weight and it went through the base. Upon closer inspection, the base has a hole in it as if someone put a finger through it. I have has to reinforce the base with some pieces of mdf so the distribution of weight is greater. Not happy.”
“Customer service was good, friendly and followed up. I had to contact the company to query when the order would be delivered, and it was delivered the day after. The product was smaller than advertised.”
“Instructions are rubbish. Would help if pieces were labelled somehow. Also Pre drilling the holes would help and enable things to be lined up properly. The quality of some of the panels and batons, especially the doors leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously not checked before despatch.”
“The mini greenhouse seemed well made when the kit arrived but when a professional tradesman came to put it together we found a very large knot in an upright piece that rendered it useless and a section of window beading was not cut enough so too tight and left a large gap so window rattled. Without the tradesman and his skill with repairing and recutting the greenhouse would not be made.”
“I'm sorry but I really can't give an honest review on the product which still has not been delivered. I have had a delivery but the wrong trellis has been delivered and is still here. Elbeck have phoned to explain shortage of my required product , the courier company have phoned re collection of what they had delivered but am still waiting for the correct trelis . So not best pleased and have still not had a confirmed delivery time. I am sorry to say cannot say I will be ordering through Elbeck again.”
“Pleased with the summerhouse but not pleased with the service as I was due to have a party and had to wait another week as they had sent the wrong parts. They did expedite the order and was resolved very quickly.”
