“I decided to order two inserts for my shoes. The customer rep was OUTSTANDING and combined the orders, gave me refund for shipping. I am not sure if these inserts will help, was told I could return them. I have to have berk shoes to walk correctly so I am trying to convert my shoes to Berks with the inserts. Great great great place to do business with”

“I was sent your website from the customer care team of the original shoe manufacturer due to the insoles that came with the shoes were faulty. The selection on your site was great and the search process was easy. I would have appreciated a filter around running style to narrow my search a little more or description of the benefits of each feature (rigid vs. cushioned, etc.), but that was not a major concern. I am very happy with the experience and my purchase.”
