The worst shop I ever bought from for my anniversary. I order message wrap they deliver message pillow. I expected the delivery to be smooth transition and expect the worst.

Hi Dean, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise if you had to cancel the orders since we weren't able to deliver it before 6pm :(, we were overwhelmed with our orders last Friday and we didn't anticipate the surge of orders for the 1-6pm slot. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenienced caused. As per our email conversation, we have processed the full refund due to the cancellation and sent you a 20% evoucher that you will be able to use in the future, and with this we hope we can make it up to you on your next order . The delivery man delivered at the door without ringing the bell, so the recipient wasn’t aware he had received something. And they forgot to deliver half of the order.... Very poor service

My friend sent a photo of the flowers and the size of the bunch of flowers was shocking for S$120. I was embarrassed. I have never had such a disappointing delivery of flowers. I'm sorry, but I certainly wouldn't be using your flower delivery service again.

The person taking the flowers had to go downstairs to the lobby to collect the item. Cause the delivery guy couldint bring it up. I saw flowers from far east flora on this floor at the reception desk. So bad service. If the person didn’t have anyone to collect what’s going to happen ? Unthoughtful whole experience ruined

** Update 10 Mar ** Hi Max, we spoke to the delivery guy and he provided the following feedback. At Thomson Medical Centre, due to some precautionary measures (For the Covid-19 virus), the deliveries are not allowed to be made directly to the patient. As such, we had no choice but to contact the recipient. I am sorry that we are constrained by the visitation rules in the hospital and was unable to deliver the item personally. Hi Yen Ling, I checked that the order has been delivered yesterday 4 March2020 at around 6:05pm. One of my Customer Care colleague will reach out to you with the Delivery Order and the signature of the recipient. Rest assured we will do a free re-delivery if the order was late or not delivered. **Update on 3Mar ** Hi Yen Ling, we have sent a whatsapp and tried to call you. The item was delivered with the delivery order signed and acknowledged. Our driver was given the instruction to place the stand inside the pub.

The delivery man send the wrong item & with the wrong message card; he initially insisted it was the correct order.  After my friend repeated  few  times and highlighting even if he don’t mind tge wrong message card; does not means the mixed up item sent to the wrong location earlier can be accepted by the other party.  Finally the delivery man noted & admitted his mistake;  after 2-3 hours then the correct item with the right message was delivered.
