Requested redelivery to my local Yodel store. Received email confirmation of this on 31/05/24
On 05/06/24 still not redelivered to local Yodel store, so chased it up with live chat day, who said it would be there by 9pm that evening.
Instead of notifying me it had arrived, Yodel sent me an email in the evening, stating that they were unable to deliver my parcel, and were returning it to the sender (Molton Brown)!
Shocking service. I have strongly recommended Molton Brown to stop using Yodel, and stick to DPD.
BTW, Yodel are the only courier I am aware of, that don’t allow you to specify a “safe place” delivery option. This is another major deficiency with Yodel.”
“Yodel stated that they had delivered my parcel to”my garden” Really? We have cctv an no delivery was made.offered a replacement by the seller and although Yodel said they had delivered it there again no cctv proof and no photo of the delivery - they say they always take a photo. Absolute load of rubbish.”

No notifications, and when I did get them, I wasted a whole day waiting on delivery that didnt appear. Then when parcel finally arrive (i had to change the address because they 'couldnt find it', the box looked like a burst couch, the box was destroyed
The driver took no responsibility claiming it must have been sent that way, then threw it at me to which the contents went bouncing down my hallway, soon as my back was turned he was nowhere to be seen.
Absolute joke of a company, I've had multiple parcels delivered and Yodel are the only one who can't find my address. It's on a main road ffs, not like I'm in the sticks or down a dirt track.
Avoid at all costs!”
“Been waiting on parcel since 22nd May, 4 failed deliveries, besides I was home on live chat giving driver location and landmarks, and still could not find, ironic thing is they actually have one of there Self collection boxes in the square 500yards away and still failed to deliver my parcel 4 times.. absolutely shocking and the customer service is also shocking.. telling me now to collect my parcel... Contacted them multiple times they say they’re busy, high volumes of parcels. Promised delivery 3 days in a row it’s still not arrived. It has sat at local depot since 25th May & not moved. Today is day 13.
