I live above a REALLY big pub and the yodel driver could not find my address or leave the package in the MASSIVE pub I live above

No calling card. Delivery photo (which I could only access by installing the yodel app) shows the parcel stuffed in a plant pot in a garden I don't recognise and which doesn't belong to any of my neighbours. Where is my parcel?

Terrible service. The first delivery came on the wrong day so I wasn't home. The second driver did not ring the doorbell bell and claimed I was not in. So not only was it a complete nightmare to finally get my delivery. The third driver that delivered (on the wrong day again) called and told me I had to leave work immediately and come home to get or it will be returned to sender due to 'multiple failed attempts'. When I got home he wasn't even there so I had wait around, to later find out that my sofa will be delivered in multiple boxes and he only had one but not worry he says as there is another one at the depot. Also the fully electronic system is a joke and they refuse to have a real conversation with me. No one is calling me back and the 'online agents' are useless and have disconnected chats forcing me to explain all over again.

Terrible company, was blaming another company saying that they haven't received the package when they had it the entire time. Ended up delivering the day after I specifically payed for.

I had an email on the 31st July to say a parcel had been left in a safe place ( at the front door) at 3.30pm, no pictures, no card no time slot. and guess what when I got home at 4.15pm No parcel. Tried to ring the driver mobile number not correct. Went on their chat, had to wait 24hrs still nothing. I would never use these and have informed company I brought goods from to say if they are goint to use this company, I will not be buying from them again.

Awful delivery company.never had a parcel on time. Been waiting for one now that says out for delivery since Friday. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

I have got an email that my package has been delivered but unfortunately I wasn’t home therefore the postman left a note that he left the package under address 186. I went to look around and asked all of my neighbours but i couldn’t find the package however, later i found out that the address doesn’t even exist. Thankfully, 3 days later some men found the package and returned it to me. Therefore i would bot recommend using Yodel. Please don’t use it if you want to get what you have paid for.

The driver stole my parcel and used a photo off the internet as proof of delivery. The photo certainly looks fake but the customer service agent refused to even accept their fault. I live in a flat and the photo was from an abandoned storage room or something and the photo was pixelated and very obvious it was a downloaded one. Even my retailer ‘Timberland’ accepted straightaway that photo looks fake. They hire thieves and it’s not my first experience with them hence the review. Pls stay away!

I watch my live plants travel all around Harwich on screen only for Yodel to fail to deliver yet again. Why is this rubbish company still winning business when they consistently fail to deliver? Please please suppliers don't use this company to send parcels.

Theiving drivers saying they delivered a parcel and have not, happened twice to me , The second time I was meant to get two parcels he brought one too the door,as our ring doorbell clearly shows but not the second one….we then got a txt to say 2 parcels had been delivered…clearly not just one as ring doorbell proves when tried to contact yodel it’s chat bots..as much use as a choclate fire guard….clearly there is a culture of pilfering within this company ,and I doubt that any of there drivers are vetted

you are looking to use Yodel to deliver your parcel please be very careful. I've had a horrendous experience with them. On 10/07, I paid Yodel to deliver an item to a shop to receive a refund. The shop's Terms and Conditions stated that I had to return the item within 14 days for a refund. I paid and trusted Yodel to deliver my parcel in a timely manner. But the entire experience with Yodel has been a terrible nightmare. Despite me giving Yodel the opening and closing times of the shop they made two failed deliveries because they went to the premises long after the shop was closed for the day (Gone 6.30 pm). 15 days later they delivered the parcel but once again turned up after closing hours and dumped my parcel with an unknown source. Their Customers Services is an absolute joke. The online chat is operated by BOTS I believe from South Africa and India. All they do is copy and paste from a script like parrots. The same goes to Customer Services on the phone. The BOTS are simply reading from a script from South Africa and India. It's a horrendous joke at the expense of the paying customers. If you want to deliver a package to a commercial property be careful because Yodel thinks they can rock up to the premises whenever they want.

Awful Service I placed an order with Tripp luggage for an upcoming travel , the order has been sitting at yodels local depot for the five past days. I've had no updates since and every time I chat with them , its a scripted reply there's not been much help or any intention to resolve the issue. Today I was informed by an agent that there was a scanning issue and asked me to confirm the contents of the package?? They just don't care. DO NOT recommend.

Sent an expensive silk item well packaged as parcel size, not letter size, however, yodel tried to stuff this package through my customers letterbox and completely destroyed both the packaging and the item inside. Ridiculous.

Delivery date was missed and the reason the customer service gave was that delivery was not attempted!!! So basically the driver decided of his own accord not to do my Delivery and no one thought to update the customer, disgusted

Tried to deliver 3 times allegedly I never saw anyone,parcel returned to sender so I had to cancel order.will never use again,can't understand why argos use them
