Yodel has been pumping good reviews on trustpilot like they are going out of fashion. The truth? Most people have issues with Yodel lately, they used to be ok-ish, but now they are possibly the worst courier, or among the worst. I have made a note of never ordering anything that need to come through them. I've been waiting for two parcels for nearly two weeks now because they attempt deliveries at 22:00 on businesses. My items are as good as lost. My guess? Some CEO is cutting corners by overloading the delivery guys, who, let me guess again, are already on minimum wage or near. Pity those guys? Recent reviews show alarming rates of careless deliveries, theft and even insults from drivers to customers!!! If the people in charge spent some company money, time and energy in giving a good service instead of flooding us with wonderful false reviews the real clients would have only good things to write in here. Their phone contact service is equally appalling, no humans ever answer and their recorded options are insufficient. Substandard, inefficient and a waste of money both for traders and customers. We prefer to pay an extra pound and have it delivered by Royal Mail or anybody else, for that matter. At least a week earlier. On business hours.

I have been waiting three weeks for my parcel, according to the Yodel app, they received my parcel 2 weeks ago yet when contacted to enquire where it was, I was told they hadn’t received it yet and to contact seller, I did this snd they confirmed Yodel had indeed received my parcel. Absolute disgrace of a courier. In future I will not purchase anything from a company that uses Yodel as it courier. I have only ever had bad experiences with this shoddy courier

Have to be one of the worst parcel delivery services ever, second only to post from Poland. Yet again I have tracked a parcel which took 2 days to travel 2 miles then sat at the national hub for another 2 days before finally making the huge 2 hour trip to my local delivery depot where it was loaded onto a van and sat for another 2 days before a courageous Yodel driver braved the scorching 20 degree heat and finally managed to bring my parcel to me just before I passed away from the boredom of waiting. The agents I used on chat were no use either. Thanks Yodel if I could give you a minus score it would still be too good.

Please STOP employing foreigners that cannot speak OR read English!! My Daughter's parcel got delivered to the wrong address & we won't get it back as the people that live there are thieves & tramps!!! so cheers Yodel😡

Absolutely rubbish service. Even when giving them the exact location by using What3words they still deliver to the wrong place. At my farmhouse there are three signs giving my name. One on a set of large gates, one on a tree and another at the path leading to my door. When I got a parcel delivered to the wrong address the customer chat service does not give a monkey. They are not interested in recovering the parcel and delivering to the right address. Pathetic. I have security cameras which show that no delivery was made. Yodel don't care. On three occasions I have had this happen. I now ask every on line seller I intend to buy from, if they use Yodel. If they do I don't buy from them. Not fair on the seller, but the hassle when Yodel gets involved is not worth it.

Yodel insist they attempted to deliver to us on three different days ( the last of which we were actually in all day )They now say we must drive forty minutes to their depot to collect the item, bringing the delivery cards they left when they called , which isn't possible, since they didn't leave one on any of the three occasions they allegedly called ! This appalling organisation is not fit for purpose

Discusting customer's service refused to even try to answer my question talked a load of nonsense then cut me off still waiting on my parcel discusting they should be called the turtle delivery company two days to move my parcel 5 miles ...any company that uses this business wont get my business

Delivered to wrong address, but photo doesn’t match any properties in my street so I don’t know who has the parcel. You cannot speak to anyone at Yodel and get cut off using customer chat. This has happened before, they are a poor delivery service, and I’ve just wasted an hour and a half trying to find my parcel. Unfortunately in future I won’t be ordering anything from any company that uses Yodel.

Apparently they 'tried to deliver' a chair to my flat which is extremely easy to find. It's opposite a football stadium. Absolutely no communication, no ability to contact the driver. Dreadful app. I would give zero if possible.

Been waiting all day for a parcel that Yodel email said was at their National Hub 4 days ago & at 8.49am out for delivery from their local depot (15 miles away from me) today, now 9.30pm NOT DELIVERED TODAY, why does anyone use Yodel? ITS QUICKER BY DONKEY. I had a parcel delivered from 670 miles away from Royal Mail in 24 hours

Tracking status don’t move for days, a week later I reschedule my original delivery to see if it would be delivered but still NO delivery which showed today as a delivery on tracking status (which hasn’t arrived)which would have been a week waiting to feed my dog his dog food from tails.com and fingers crossed a parcel of dog food is showing delivery tomorrow, which I ordered to try and get my dog his food also I have emailed yodel 6 times and no response where’s my dog food parcels yodel you should be ashamed

Inaccurate delivery. Customer service says their SatNav is pretty off so my order went to the wrong door. Delivery driver should have common sense that the address is different. Stressful.

Your driver claimed they could not.find our house. They had the correct adfress, the correct post code. We have had yodel deliveries in the past with no.problems. No other couriers seem to have problems. You live chat service is useless - they can't contact your drivers! Awful service

I am working with yodel as Delivery Driver from 28 March 2024 very badly experience with this company till now not getting salary for 221 parcel this Manager Kylie told me you getting salary 07 May 2024 but till now never getting single payment i request you all people who need job don't apply on this company i face problem now manager mark start play game with me don't trust Yodel

Used yodel ti send a vinted parcel. Item arrived broken despite my many layers of protective packaging and somehow I’m at fault. This is a yodel issue. Not me .

I need to warn everyone about my awful experience with Yodel. This has been one of the worst delivery services I’ve ever dealt with. My package was supposed to arrive in early June. It's now the end of the month and I'm still waiting. The initial delay was because they got my address wrong, which wasn’t my fault. It took two weeks of me constantly reaching out to get the address updated. Each time I contacted them, it felt like I was hitting a wall – no one seemed capable of fixing the problem. Even after the address issue was finally sorted out, there have been endless delays. They kept promising me updates within 24 hours, but nothing ever changed. I've now been waiting nearly a month for a package that should have arrived weeks ago. Yodel’s service is absolutely terrible. Their communication is poor, and they just can’t seem to deliver on their promises. If you value your time and sanity, avoid using Yodel at all costs. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Choose a different delivery service – any other company has to be better than this.

I have 2 parcels from Belgium at the same time, it is from the same seller using same courier Yodel. I have contacted the customer services for 3 days due to asking confirmation many different information. Each day has different request to confirm. 1. On Friday, I contacted the Live Chat and got told I would receive the parcel on the day. Then I did not because the driver cannot find the property, it is so unbelievable. 2. On Saturday (next day failed to deliver) I contacted the Live Chat again due to I need to give further information for address. After using so call what3words to give property location on Apps and contacted their Live Chat. And I got told they would deliver at the same day. Because I do not want to waste my Saturday in case they did not come, I contacted the Live Chat again (2nd time), they asked me to confirm the address again and said cannot 100% they will deliver on Saturday. Afterwards, I contacted the Live Chat again (3rd time), then the Live Chat team has checked wrong parcel tracking. I told him he was not checking the one I was asking. He said I needed to contact my seller to confirm something and said this was what he saw. He just not listened what I told him and I asked him to check the tracking I told him. Of course I did not receive anything on the Saturday. 3. Today, Monday then I have highly expected the parcel will arrive after confirmed my address twice and the information on their Apps. So I double checked with the Live Chat in the morning, and asked them to confirm if the parcel will deliver today. Then the Live Chat team asked me to confirm what is content inside the parcel. I am so disappointed that they asked me to confirm something which they claimed they have attempted to deliver on Friday, on the other hand I received the other parcel which has never asked me to confirm anything. Also, the driver called my intercom to open the door so I expected he would come up, and he has almost left the building after I saw Delivery missed. I called him and asked him why are you leaving. He said no one answer in the intercom. I said you did not press correct one and why you were trying to leave since I have opened the Gate for you. I have been being polite to say Thank you to him that he has not gone after I called him because I have gone to meet him in the Entrance. Honestly I am so disappointed with Yodel's experience. I would avoid to buy anything from the seller who using Yodel international. And of course I have not received my parcel which I should have received last Friday.
