“Worst service ever. The delivery got re-scheduled number of times without any prior notice. It shows that it will be delivered between 7-9PM for two straight days, but doesn’t arrive. Absolutely sh**ty service.”

“Yet again the Llandudno depot have managed to make parcels disappear. This time they didn't deliver to my chosen store but to 'next closest' which wasn't, but went past 10 other collection shops to be delivered to a store 20 miles away from me. I spent over a week trying to contact about this but the phone system is absolutely useless. I had to take the afternoon off work to make the trip, onlyto find that the store they 'delivered' to doesn't exist - and even better, you can't find it on the yodel website so how they managed that one I don't know! 3 times I've been told it will be redelivered, all lies. Then today I was told its been delivered to my local store now, after I've made the inconvenient trip! And it gets better...turns out that was a lie too, and actually they can't get hold of the store to arrange collection - probably because the shop doesn't exist! I had a very rude customer service person who wouldn't help me and hasn't listened that I want to log a formal complaint. I want compensating for the wasted journey.”
“My parcel did not get delivered on the day they’d said. I then chose a Yodel store open 7 am - 10pm but their driver says they were shut. I went to the store and they said nobody had called. Happened 4 times so I told them to return to sender.
Terrible company and will never buy from any company that uses them.”
“I am a 4.5 month (high-risk) pregnant woman…due to this I cannot lift heavy weight. The delivery man arrived to our apartment lobby with 3 large (2.5m and 10+ kg each) boxes.
I asked him politely to help me out by pushing them up the stairs to our door with the trolley he had with him.
He simply refused that, so I asked why. He then YELLED at me about parking and told me “No. Go and ask someone else”.
On the top of it, he was kicking the boxes while offloading the trolley.
The items cost £400+, couldn’t leave them in the lobby so I had to stay there guarding the parcels until someone (another delivery man, different company) saw me crying and came to help.
Terrible service Yodel. And we paid for it.
I was traumatised by the driver’s attitude and the loud yelling.”
“Driver has address. Driver has postcode. Driver has what3words location. You stay in. You wait. You wait. You wait. Message arrives to say driver cannot locate address. On a main trunk road in centre of large village with several relevant POIs, post office, pub, hot food takeaway. Contact yodel chat. Confirm what they already know. Assured it will be delivered tomorrow. Three days later, repeat. Yodel chat says it will be delivered. Driver determined it won't. Nobody in village knows anyone who has had successful 1st time Yodel delivery, no such thing exists. Waiting.waiting.waiting.”
“This company are absolute liars..they said they came the other day .while my son waited in for them..nor true..they cancelled the first delivery saying it was out of their hands...I changed the day for delivery on the app to today..then the webchat costumer service ended chat twice..plus said they were coming..never showed up..said I missed them..absolute cowboys..worst service ever.still no parcel and non the wiser when I will receive it..what a joke and waste of a day's wage waiting in for them..the parcel is from Virgin which don't get me started on them too.”

“Absolutely appalling delivery service. Promised a 2 hour delivery slot and tracking showed as me being next stop at 2pm. Driver decided. It to deliver! Given another 2 hour time slot 2 days later and again driver decided not to deliver when tracker showed him as a minute’s drive away at 2.30pm. Livechat agents work from scripted replies and give promises of delivery the next day which never happen.”
