“Left my parcel next to dustbin it was bin collection day...It went missing. They were asked to leave with my neighbour.”

“I would have given it 0 stars, if I could, as it is not a service at all. Parcel went missing in the depot. Onus put back to supplier. So no doubt insurance picks up the tab and then prices increased for customers. Please get of grip of your staff it is clearly theft that is going on here. It's pretty much the same story with other delivery companies of late. I'm going back in to the stores. Too much grief, and back and forth, with buying online.”

“Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong address and haven't told us anything about why it was left at a different address on a bench and it has now been a week since the parcel was lost and all we have had is excuses from the "Customer Excellence Team" at Yodel in numerous emails, explaining why they cannot look into why it was sent to the wrong address. We have had lots of missing and late parcels when Yodel is the carrier that I wonder why any one still uses their service. Poor delivery and even poorer Customer service.”

“My delivery seems to be stuck somewhere in their system, the tracking information says it was collected by their courier 5 days ago. The automated systems and web chat are of no help and it is impossible to speak to a human, I always have problems when Yodel are delivering to me.”

“One of the worst services is Yodel. I ordered the parcel, it never to came to my house and specifically told them I am leaving the country. I would never recommend anybody to use their services. Even once you complaint, they don’t take any actions. I had to come to their depot which like 2 hours away and still they didn’t had my parcel. Highly unprofessional and even the staff is not great.”

“The driver is rude and abusive. He smashed all my parcels because he didn't want to bring them to my door. The threw a 20kg box at me, injured my foot and it ripped my finger nail back to bad it was bleeding. I am disabled female and I will be reporting him to the police for assault”

“Given delivery slot of 18.09 to 20.09 and then got message that delivery was attempted at 17.28hrs but we were not in but we were . Then got tracking message saying delivery attempted at 16.28 but we were not in . Useless and inept why anyone would jeopardise their business by using Yodel I do not know Delivery then made”

“Twice I have had to have a purchase delivered by Yodel. It takes at least 5 days from the date of purchase, and then when the day comes, I am at home waiting for the delivery, I just see a message ... sorry we missed you ... the driver didn't call me, no missed delivery card dropped to.prove they got to my flat ... I go on live chat, no one responds. I honestly wish Campers would change the courier they use for delivery from Yodel to a more efficient company.”

“Sat in waiting all day for my parcel that was out for delivery on there van to find out the driver said he could not access our block of flats , utter rubbish as we wanted the shipment for the bank holiday weekend and cancelled the day waiting for the delivery, always a nightmare with Yodel but never with EvRi 😡”

“Shocking company. Zero customer service and their drivers tell lies. I have spent 3 attempts and over an hour trying to contact their ‘dead chat’ line. No one is there. DO NOT USE this hopeless company”

“Pay £100 for a next day Saturday delivery, Which they say is being delivered then cancel and say they are too busy to deliver my parcel, Even worse they cancel another two also to be delivered that day! Why sell a service you cannot provide?”

“My parcel was due to be delivered on the 22/8/2024 on the 23/8/2024 they said they had it at their Kilmarnock depot so I phoned them, automated message and when I gave the delivery code it said it wmight be delivered on the 27/8/2024, absolutely unacceptable yodel must be the worst delivery company on planet earth and I will never again order with a company who uses them because they are completely useless”

“Just a general comment. Out of four Yodel deliveries There was one parcel broken ‘undeliverable’ at the depot.One item was contaminated and ruined by WD40! One was delivered satisfactorily and yesterday delivery ‘between 1500hr to 1700 hr Never arrived.. Checked the tracking which indicated it was back at the depot awaiting next driver! FFS!”
