Yodel delivery driver just brought my computer chair. I asked him if he could lift it in the door for me as it was quite heavy.I am very grateful as he lifted it in Thank you so much young man.

Pointless business! How is this useless place still in existence and where the hell do they find their drivers from, half of them struggle to even find the front door its hilarious

Absolutely appalling delivery service. Promised a 2 hour delivery slot and tracking showed as me being next stop at 2pm. Driver decided. It to deliver! Given another 2 hour time slot 2 days later and again driver decided not to deliver when tracker showed him as a minute’s drive away at 2.30pm. Livechat agents work from scripted replies and give promises of delivery the next day which never happen.

Shocking service from the start Parcel undelivered as they do not know where it is, 1st it says out for delivery then says nothing. How can they get something so simple so wrong

Absolutely shocking company. We were waiting for a delivery from Yodel today. It was brought to us by a person who lived a couple of streets away and found it propped up gains a wall in the street in which he lives. Yodel texted to say it had been delivered to our neighbour at house number 18.it didn't say in which street. In any event, we live at number 42, twelve houses away from the number 18 in our street.

Yodel, the worst delivery!!! Disgusting!!!!!! I put yodel parcel shop,after few days they said it's closed, so i texted 100 times, to change the adress,on mine!!!! They said yes... But didn't.... Every day said - today, today, will be delivered today! After, they said-you should change the address! ....... I ALREADY SAID THEM 100 times!!!!! TO CHANGE. And 2 times they just ignored and finished chat with me!!! I gave all proofs. Enough. Was next day delivery! So 2 weeks passed!!!!

Only left 1 star as couldn't leave 0.had a wine cooler fridge delivered by yodel .no one was in no neighbours in we all work .the gate to our garden was unlocked with the big number 7 on it .instead he decided to leave it in someone else's garden but wasn't sure which on .he left no card through our door either. So after asking all our neighbours to which it wasn't anywhere .we called the delivery driver only for him to speak very little English and what he could speak was rude .so a 150 wine cooler fridge has gone to apparently a random garden somewhere.

I have been waiting for a consignment in which Yodel collected on the 12th.April 2024 and it still has not been delivered. This service is disgraceful. My second consignment which should have been delivered on the 20th. April 2024 and guess what! still has not been delivered. I now have to go back to the senders and request a duplicate order to be sent by another carrier. Cheap is not always the way to go, you end up with lies and deceit and after all of that, still no delivery. Senders should check into the viability of the Company before using them.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor attitude. Held my urgent parcel at the depot for days. They had no proper explanation for this and tried to blame the company i brought my items from

if I had known the item I bought was being delivered by Yodel I wouldn't have bought it. Out for delivery (eventually). App said they were 11 stops away, then a message straight away saying they couldn't find my address and they wanted more information. Couldn't speak to a human on phone, so used the chat. Was told that they use W3W so can add that and my phone number so they could contact me. My account already has W3W and my phone on it. Clearly don't bother using it (or as I suspect they just can't be arsed) It is still showing as out for delivery and never back in to the depot, so who knows where it is!

The worst courier company in the UK, I paid extra money to receive it on Saturday, I didn't receive it, I filed a complaint in the store, they cancel the order, the company scraps

Your tracking app or page states that my parcel is out for delivery, so I wait and wait. Then the page says that a delivery attempt was made and yet there is no card, no details or information as your website clearly states, a failed delivery card will be put through the letterbox. Lies! Your driver simply couldn't be bothered or just thought they could skip a few deliveries, obviously running behind schedule. An absolute farce and disgrace. Then your page says that the parcel is back at the depot? Despite the fact that the depot closes nearly five hours before the alleged delivery attempt. What an absolute shower! I am definitely avoiding this couriers services wherever I possibly can. There are third world nations with a better courier service than this.
