“My parcel, which contains live plants, arrived at Yodel's Kilmarnock depot on 12 June. Since then there has been no further update and I am worried the plants might be dead by now. I have been having ongoing problems with Yodel for some time - they usually deliver to the wrong address or do not deliver at all. I tried a live chat earlier today but that was a total waste of time. Whenever I order goods online now I always ask which delivery company they use. If it's Yodel I order from elsewhere.”

“Lied about attempted delivery. Waste of time trying to contact customer service, spend 20 minutes in a queue to be told they can't check he GPS on the drivers to see if they have actual been. Beyond a joke how this company is still in business”
“Awful awful company. Stayed in all day for the parcel, following their live tracking on the app. Delivery van arrives, I open the door and he drove off. Don’t attempt to deliver. Then went on live chat to complain and explain how important the parcel was and then were like robots, pointless and literally couldn’t wait to get rid of me.”

“This is a company of 🤡 , my parcel should have been delivered 3 days ago, contacted amazon they said yodel is really good and helpful and that I will get my parcel , I only saw when it was attempted because I have the shop app which is amazing but otherwise I wouod have never seen , they don’t provide time slots or safe place alternatives so you have to guess when they “deliver” , DON’T USE THIS COMPANY ever !”
“I was sending a parcel which contained a monitor for a friend off and he sent me a photo of the box upon arrival. It took 4 days on top of the expected delivery date and The monitor powers on but now has loose debris inside which can be heard if shaken. Will have to keep an eye on if this has any lasting effects to the performance or lifespan of the monitor as it was in perfect condition when it was sent off.”
“Day 2 of taking time off work to be at home for the 2 hour afternoon delivery slot, only to be told by customer services afterwards that my parcel has been taken back to the depot for the second day in a row. Infuriating.”
“Absolutely shocking company, my parcel was due yesterday and still hasn't arrived a day later!!! I'm on holiday and I've been stuck in the house waiting for my delivery and still not showed up. If shopping online and the courier is Yodel I will be buying elsewhere.”
“Everytime i goto a parcel shop to drop a yodel parcel, i am required until all the other customers have been served because both shops told me that they do not get paid to recieve a yodel parcel so it is bottom of their priority. I did have it as an option for selling on vinted, but have gotten rid. Aweful company”
“Useless, worst delivery company by far - why anyone uses them I don't know. They've had 1 parcel for me in their delivery depot for 12 days without attempting to deliver it, had another for a week then returned it to the supplier and now have another for nearly a week again without attempting to deliver it. Their webchat is useless and can't give me any estimate on when I might receive them.”

“Fake "failed to deliver" attempts. Live support claims they don't have GPS information for their drivers, so they can't check. Say this behaviour from drivers is unacceptable, but it is clear they never attempted to solve the issue. Avoid at all costs.”
“Parcel didnt turn up, said en route but necer showed. Email to confirm its lost and now some of those items are no longer in stock with the retailer. I can only think you have deivers who steal the parcels or discard them
When its coming to the end of the day as i cannot see how you can lose a parcel that is on the way”
