“Absolutely terrible experience, sat at home all day because they didn't give a delivery window, finally at 12:47pm I received an email giving a 2-hour window starting at 12:51pm. What is the point of giving a window with only 4 minutes notice? I still have to wait home all day waiting for them. Then, at 12:56pm they said "sorry we missed you" with no attempt at delivery. I contacted customer service live chat who said I had absolutely no options to receive the package today and would have to wait a full 24 hours before they would bother trying anything. Then in the middle of typing a response they disconnected the chat. For what it's worth, on the same day I received a package from UPS, who knocked on my door and handed me the package with no issues, so it is not a case of hard to find door or address.
Giving less than 10 minutes between providing a "delivery window" and saying delivery failed makes the "delivery window" useless. In addition to being at home at the time and not hearing or seeing any attempt at delivery, the customer service representative claimed the driver left a calling card. I checked everywhere around my door, mailbox, street outside, and there was no card anywhere, further proof that no delivery attempt was made.
Overall, very frustrating experience, I will never use Yodel again.”
“Yodel have had my parcel for 6 days now and still haven’t received it. It was supposed to arrive last Friday. It was out for delivery but never arrived. When I enquired I was sent a photo of where the driver attempted delivery. I didn’t recognise the doorway but it certainly wasn’t mine. I used their app to change the delivery to one of their drop offs and was assured it would be delivered today. Still waiting. I see many people have had similar issues with this company. You can’t get to speak to anyone. I don’t know who runs this company but whoever they are they’re taking money under false pretence.”
“Terrible delivery service, waited 5 days for parcel to be delivered from Leeds,was loaded into van multiple times but wasn't delivered! I contacted yodel app help chat and was told they attempted to deliver but I can honestly say they didn't as I was in all day and received No card through door! The parcel will never turn up . They took a picture of my front door but did not ring the door bell while I was inside. 3 times this happened I had to request a refund from vendor .”
“My recent encounter with Yodel has left me utterly dismayed. Despite entrusting them with the delivery of a parcel, it arrived in a compromised state, with items missing.
What truly astounds me is Yodel's response to my valid concerns. Instead of addressing the issue with sincerity and professionalism, they chose to reply in a mocking manner. This level of disrespect towards their customers is absolutely appalling.
Yodel's cavalier attitude towards their responsibilities reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. It's evident that they prioritize mockery over genuine service.
I strongly caution anyone considering Yodel's services to think twice. Trusting your parcels with a company that treats its customers with such disdain is simply not worth the risk.

“I have used yodel in alot of my transactions because I do vinted, to my surprise the customer sent a message to say the parcel was left on her doorstep ripped right down the middle of the package. So wasn't very pleased.”
“I live in Bude Cornwall, and when I tracked my order I found it had been sent to a depot in Truro which is 62 miles south from here. So, I then expected it to be sent back up in my direction, only to find it had been directed to Newton Abbot which is further away and in the opposite direction in Devon. It's five days now and I am still waiting! My verdict therefore is that 'Yodel' only offers a snails-pace delivery because mail is being sent all round the houses before they arrive at their final destination! I am going to recommend to my supplier that they seriously consider using another courier, otherwise they will only incur bad feedback!”

Parcel was ment to be delivered by 3rd April....got an email on the 8th stating that they attempted to deliver...with no card left I contacted their awful webchat who then arranged for delivery next day which no delivery was made...contacted them again for to be told that the parcel is missing and asked what was in the parcel!!!....had to contact the seller via ebay and asked for refund....AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!”
“Awful company avoid like the plague. The have had my parcel since March. The said the attempted a deliver on the 29th and 3Oth March. They then said I said to collect from the depot which was a lie.Arranged delivery for the 11.4.24 no one showed up. My parcel was a birthday gift that did not arrive and goodness knows where my parcel is. I will not use this company again just awful. Oh you are not able to communicate with a human which is even worse.”
“Awful company. Twice used, twice messed up my delivery badly (left far from my house). Unfortunately it is then difficult trying to deal with customer service - the automated system at the end of their phone number asks for your tracking code, tells you it's been delivered and hangs up. The online chat is slow, quickly disconnects you (even as you're typing a reply) and suggests you trod around general area it's been left and knock door to door to find your parcel. They can't answer basic questions, instead they par you off to an email response "within 24 hours". It's not worth the hassle dealing with this company.”
“Absolutely dreadful company. Three days they have said my parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered. The tracking is a scam. They told me they were finding it difficult to find my address but four days ago they delivered half off my order so unless my property has disappeared overnight this is all a lie. They assure you time after time the parcel is going to be delivered but it doesn’t happen. Never ever buy from anywhere who uses Yodel.”
“I was not impressed with the attitude of your Yodel courier who could not be bothered to wait for me to open the front door. So as no parcel was left outside I asked him where my parcel was just as he was getting into his van to drive off. He shouted that he left it in the shed and then said you should answer your door! Well how about you wait for me to answer rather than being so insistent on finding a place to dump the parcel and then run off.”
“Yodel were supposed to deliver on Saturday because I work Monday - Friday, for which I paid £10.95. Waited in all day no delivery. After chasing with RHS who the delivery was from I was assured Yodel would deliver today. The received an email from Yodel confirming but no time. Left work early. Tracking finally said parcel was 2 stops away at 18:00. I saw the delivery guy arrive and waited for him to buzz the buzzer. He didn’t and drove off after leaving the box at the front door. Even if he couldn’t be bothered to walk up to flights of stairs he could have buzzed. I then received a message that it was left behind a plant pot, which it wasn’t and if he had buzzed I would have let him in. Poor experience. The one star is because the package wasn’t damaged.”

Shocking service, parcel which was a computer chair so not small due to be delivery today between 10-31 and 12.31, tracking stated 1 stop away, I asked my hubby not to go anywhere until it was delivery.
I rang him at 12.40 to be told it had not been delivered.
I looked and the tracking info it states:-
Sorry we missed you. Please manage your parcel delivery preferences.
The driver didn't even attempt to knock on the door as this would have alerted our dogs.
I went on the live chat and got this:-
Please be assured that I've taken all necessary steps and your complaint has been raised. However, the information we receive after the investigation, we can't share with you as this is internal and confidential. Please be assured that we take this kind of concern in a very serious way.

“Absolute joke of a company that should be shut down.parcel 3 days late now and still waiting, 2 days in a row and driver lied saying attempted delivery (I have CCTV and No1 from Yodel came to my door during either timeslot on both days)driver actually came today(3rd day) but was 1 hour late outside the timeslot.He went in back of his van for a minute, came out, took picture of my property and went to drive off.when I challenged him, he claimed another driver had my parcel and drove off.online chat is bullsh1t and you go around in circles with the dogsh*t customer service.Absoloute cowboys that need shutting down”
