I cringe now when I purchase online and ebay I now ask who the courier will be .if its Yodel I don't bother .they don't deliver for ages ,then it is to somewhere else not your address.their sat nav is rubbish .their drivers don't give a hoot and well customer service is so bad it might as well shut down .

Just upset been waiting in for four days past the delivery deadline and apparently delivery attempt today.My intercom never rang.i would have heard it . So redelivery next week now.Not holding my breath. Refund to be considered I've had enough

Terribly disgusting service!!! The courier left the parcel in some box and it is not clear where, without trying to deliver the parcel to the correct address. I have a camera on my front door and it shows that there was no one at my door all morning and I myself was at home and waiting for the parcel, but unfortunately the lazy courier abandoned my parcel somewhere. Yodel agents responded to my claim, but the response was that their Sat-Nav indicated that the package was delivered to me correctly. I wrote to them all day, called them, sent videos from my camera and many photographs of my house and everything around the house, proof that I did not have any boxes or trash cans and a safe place where the courier could leave the parcel. But they ignored me and made a fool of me and told me to better look for this box with the parcel, to ask family members and to go around to all the neighbors in the area. This is absurdity and the ravings of a madman. A terrible company that hires stupid, lazy couriers who supposedly can’t find the address or confuse the house numbers and leave packages anywhere, sometimes even left in the neighbor’s trash bin. Awfull service!!!

Total mess, they were employed to deliver my medication for my heart condition. On 7th Feb. First time said they could not find my address Amazon, Evrie and royal mail can. We're told by pharmacy that they must deliver. They finally turned up today 21st Feb. But not by them, by my neighbours 3 doors away, they, Yodel, had thrown them over their back gate and left them in the rain. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Utter scam company. Delivered via amazon third party. 3 attempts during the day and no alternatives to leaving with neighbour. Card stated I had to ring premium number which cost me money to be told to go on the website. Website only gave me options to collect from local office 35 miles away. Scam company. Refund requested.

Yodel are unreliable. They deliver gousto food, they have their contract. I have just cancelled my subscription for gousto, not because of their food, but because you cannot rely on Yodel to get the food to you in the agreed time slot. Previous driver was rude too and left our gousto box on the wall at the end of the garden for anyone to take. If Gousto want to grow their business, they should quickly part ways with Yodel.

Horrendous customer service. Parcel was stolen by driver or left carelessly and when I did a review they faked like they were going to help. Sorted nothing out and now I've lost money on the parcel AND delivery. Highly recommend going with toddlers, they're more likely to be honest with your parcel.

Absolute disgrace of a business. Should be wound up and not allowed to trade. Use the post office for gods sake and let then disappear lost 2 parcels in as many weeks.

Horrendous. Driver showed up at my door with parcel 2 weeks ago but wouldn't deliver it due to an issue with his delivery app. Parcel was returned to depot and I was told it would be delivered the next day, but they never attempted to redeliver it. They have now returned parcel to sender with no explanation, and the tracking has said 'returning' for over a week so no idea where the parcel actually is. So frustrating and the most bizarre situation ever, would rate no stars if I could.

Life was harsh, we moved in the caravan site. Adress is as company name. But no sign. Just open gates to drive in the yard. It's hard to find, okay, we understand. First time the driver was in the wrong street but at least he called. Second time we don't know where he left the parcel, he decided to leave by the closed gate (ours never closed). My husband asked couple neighbours, nobody has it. nope. Called them to try figure out where it is but no success. The cat litter that we prefer is sold out and I lost my points with the shop. My husband disappointed, because yodel cant find the right street and not even try to call and ask for directions. And who the hell choses the gate as safe place on a heavily raining day.

Awful service! Always a problem with a new excuse. Everytime I order a item and se its going to be delivered by yodel I could cry because I know it will be some kind of problem that will take me weeks to see a item and that's if I'm lucky. Today's new excuse could not find my house that has been there over 200years that they delivered the day before. Finally get a number for driver who said he went home

This is my 2nd time using Yodel and again am very disappointed. I ordered valentine flowers to be delivered to wife's place of work and provided postcode...Building name and number with wife's name and exact place of her office and they still delivered them to the mail room...They made no effort to deliver them to receiver...I do not recommend this place to anyone.... 1st delivery a few months back....ordered flowers and they didn't deliver the bottle of champagne, claiming they did and never offered a refund......

Yodel are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They supposedly tried to deliver my parcel numerous times but were unable to find the address ( it’s a shop, all of its customers manage to find it). The driver is obviously lying or can’t be bothered. The yodel web chat is a complete waste of time and the customer service phone number won’t let you speak to anyone. The complaint team ignore your emails. They are a complete disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they are basically stealing from customers.

Sadly Yodel left our parcel on our neighbour’s doorstep, not sure why as the parcel had our address on it & we’d given their website our preference where to leave our parcels! Couldn’t recommend Yodel.
