The mentally challenged workers at Yodel couldn't deliver a bag of air to the right address. 4 times in 1 week I have had them trying to deliver things to my address that were actually for a house a mile away. When I made them take the parcel back and pointed out the address and name were not mine....one argued I didn't know where I lived. The Cheek!! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

You really need to get your delivery team in order. Once again, my package was left out front, in full view of the road and only a few meters from the pavement. Previously the parcel was damp but intact. This time it had been opened. My two dishes were unopened, underneath the slimy ice packs which I assumed proved to be a deterrent. My designated safe place is clearly stated on the label, but once again it has been ignored. I also left a post-it note on my front door to alert the deliverer, to no avail. What does it take to get delivery personnel to follow directions?

Really? 11pm shop? ! I work in healthcare, and usually work late. My parcel was ready for collection, on Yodel list of parcelshops I chose shop with indicated closure times 11pm. This shop closed at 8-9! I can't collect my parcel for the 4th day

The courier visited my home on 3 occasions (according to Yodel) but assumed nobody was in, they were. Why didn't he/she ring the bloody doorbell or failing that leave the parcel in any one of a number of safe places. The parcel is now on it's way back to the supplier so that I can get a refund. A useless company it would seem, why does anyone use Yodel's services? In future if a supplier uses the said I won't buy from them.

Received an e-mail saying that my packet had been delivered. IT HADN'T. E-bay seller says take it up with yodel - no thanks my contract is with seller not with yodel. Will report as not received if seller doesn't refund or post again. Will not buy from sellers using YODEL in future. This is not the first time I have had problems with this business, I hope to make it the last.

Worst delivery company ever. Could not download the app. Tracker did not work. Driver called while not on my road and never answered my call after 10 minutes even though within my window hour. Driver’s excuse was that he has to do 169 deliveries and 5 minutes matter. He was not even in my road when he missed me.

Got a message on Thursday nite saying parcel was delivered a was out at the time got home no parcel checked the side of the house checked with neighbours no nothing no card through the door.found out the shop at the end off my Rd was yodel shop went there Fri morning it was there but they wouldn't give me it as a never had a code spent all day Fri trying to get the code got it went to the shop the parcel wasn't there the driver took it got on to yodelthey said it would get delivered Sat been to the shop again nothing this company are useless liars and incompetent. Next time I order from ebay Al make sure this crew are not delivering it.al ask the seller to use someone else it's been nothing but stressful 2 days trying to sort there mess out

one of the worst courier company ever used. No parcel is delivered and Saying its been delivered. tried to contact 03447550117 to speak to a human but its an automated system discontinued the call

Yodel app - HELP! I downloaded the app and got as far as giving my postcode (see pic enclosed) but there was no address list to choose from . This means can not set up even the if i add address manually as not recognised. I went to help / chat spent half an hour asking for help to be told talk to seller to sort 🧐. Or give him tracking number they had no dea what I wanted was not to do with a parcel but the app. In the end he said can not help and shut down. HOW can I sort. And in case you ask I did try other postcodes and same thing, no address come to view, but keep getting message to finish set up, I wish 🫤 ps and I deleted and downloaded again

The absolute worst delivery service. I've had to problems with yodel. First, they dumped someone's package outside my door step. The house they wanted was round the corner from mine. Secondly, something I ordered was delivered to the other end of the country. They are hopeless.

The worst delivery company ever. The courier lied three times about attempting to deliver my parcel (urgent medication). Meanwhile I wasted three work days waiting for the delivery. Eventually it was returned to the depot and I received notification to collect it. After travelling to the depot, an hour on public transport, I was told they couldn’t find my parcel. I will never ever buy goods from anyone who uses Yodel. A really stressful and frustrating expetience which I don’t want to repeat.

For the FOURTH time my parcel has not been delivered by the worst company of liars and thieves . I get a text saying the parcel was handed to me , IT WASN'T , no photograph , our security cameras show NO ONE has come down our drive . I am convinced that yodel is run by an Eastern European gang who are being paid to steal our parcels , and as several have been caught doing just that , selling stolen goods at car boot sales . Or sending nice presents home to mum and relatives in Romania .

Possibly the worst delivery service going 3 x times the driver claims to have tried delivery but was unable to enter the address, I have security on the main gate 24hrs a day, strange that!!!! It happens everytime with Yodel no issues with every other delivery service

My order was sent out by the seller on the 2nd of May and it still hasnt arrived they keep changing the date time for the delivery. Maybe I would have collected my item by walking at a slow pace and back home in 2 days or maybe 3 days. 🤣 I will try to avoid using them in the future. I wonder if they should have penalty charge for late delivery 🤣

Wow, this is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was tracking the driver online and went out in the street to wait for driver when it was 1 delivery before me. I waited in the street for 30 minutes while tracking the driver online. I watched his movements as he first spent 15 mins at JD Sports in Worthing (when I was the next delivery). He then went up to a coffee shop next to McDonalds and then he walked down to Subway on South Street where he was for another 15 mins. All of a sudden my tracking changed and it said “Sorry we missed you. Please update your delivery preferences”. I contacted their customer support who then claimed that the GPS data showed that he had attempted to deliver. This company is nothing but liars. I am afraid I will have to contact my supplier and cancel the order as I cannot deal with suppliers using Yodel.

Not even deserve one star. My parcel didn’t arrive as stated on the tracking status, only after delivery time did a message showed up asking me to contact them to confirm my address. Then they promised to deliver on the next day. Parcel still didn’t arrive, the agent again promised the parcel would arrive the next day. Again the parcel didn’t arrive. I chatted with them again, another promise that the parcel would arrive the next day. Next morning I did receive an email telling me the exact time slot the parcel would arrive. I waited at home during that time slot and suddenly got an email saying the parcel was delivered to an address only saying “unit 2”. But there is no unit 2 in my avenue and no. 2 of our avenue is currently vacant. They said they would investigate, but then they only repeated they delivered the parcel to unit 2. The parcel was missing and I have no choice but to ask for the seller for a refund. The second time is now that I bought something from eBay and the parcel which was sent out on Tuesday was supposed to arrive last Friday or Saturday as shown in the tracking status. Today the parcel is still missing and no idea when or whether it will arrive at all. It is more than a week already.

Parcel arrived - the item had been carefully packaged, and huge 'fragile' labels all over it. The parcel contained a glazed picture. The glass was completely broken. Contacted YODEL and the reply was very courteous, polite and apologetic. They acknowledged that I had had to pay for the picture to be reglazed (costing £65) - as a result of THEIR incompetence. Did they offer to pay? Did they offer a small amount to cover this (bearing in mind, I had to travel with the picture to deliver it to a picture framing service and then collect it a week later; pay for parking etc - so the cost was well above £65)? No, of course they didn't. They just do not care.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Driver stole my gusto parcel! Drove close enough to the address and took an image against the wall of a different house which is very clearly a different number. The order wasnt left at either mine or the picture locationa so it is clear he has tried to cheat the system and made it look like he has delivered but has actually kept my order. Disgraceful service.
