“Received an email to say my parcel was being delivered today . Had to go out to a meeting so gave them details of neighbours to leave parcel with.
No delivery to my address or to neighbours. No missed delivery card, no photo to prove it’s been delivered.Tracking says parcel is still out for delivery ( at 22:45pm!). I don’t think so . They only deliver till 9am. Depot is only a few miles from where I live.
If it doesn’t come tomorrow i will be getting on to their customer service although I don’t expect to get any level of service.
Tracking app just sends you round in circles when you look for help. Flipping useless.”

“I'm in real trouble here, my order never arrived and Yodel's help chat employees have been kind and worked hard to resolve the issue, but the delivery-person interview that was arranged resulted in the delivery person reporting a delivery 'to the customer', with a brown door. My door isn't brown and now nobody has offered to help me anymore. The driver has delivered my product to the wrong address, a human mistake, but now I'm worried its lost! Yodel then just closes the issue, that's a really bad setup, now I don't know whom to turn to or where my parcel ended up, which isn't fair to the sender (Yodels customer) or me, the recipient. Never experienced this with DPD or other delivery service, really strange”
“Ordered a label and received a code. Spoke to the customer service online make a change in the address, and the whole process seemed seamless...until I went to scan in the shop and the label didn't work.
Spoke to someone from Yodel.co.uk who said they only handled the delivery and to go back to Yodel direct as they issue the label. Wasted almost 2 hours back and forth on chat before getting a new label.
The new label oddly, has the same code as the previous one, and the Yodel agent (Rob) assured me it'll be alright. Nope, I went to the shop and it wouldn't scan again.
I contacted the Live chat again and spoke to another agent (Angela) and explained to her I needed a refund and to speak to a manager as she insisted that the code was going to work.
While waiting to hear from her manager, she abruptly ended the conversation. No goodbyes, no explanation. I have all the transcripts of our conversation.
Called Yodel on their hotline who said they can't help as they only deal with delivery. Went back to chat and told me the code should work when it doesn't.
I have since requested for a refund and will go with Evri. Appalling customer service”
“I would give Yodel zero stars. I took time off to wait in for my delivery today only for the tracking to say "attempted delivery" which is a lie or the driver had gone to the wrong address and wouldn't be the first time Yodel has delivered to the wrong address. Its a very shady company who couldn't care less, extremely poor customer service. I will not be buying from retailers who use Yodel in the future.”
“My order was supposed to be delivered today between 16:56 and 18:56. The last two hours of tracking showed me that the delivery driver was at the same place, approximately 5 miles away from my address and I was supposed to be the next stop. It didn't happen. I checked again and this time it was saying 'Sorry, we missed you."

“Once again Yodel made a complete mess of a straightforward delivery.
It's not the first time that a retailer has sent a delivery to me via Yodel and once again the delivery was not made but marked by the driver as delivery attempted.
This has happened with multiple retailers such as Argos, GoodPairDays, Etsy merchants, eBay sellers, etc. so my advice to anyone looking to send an item which needs to be delivered reliably would be to use another company as Yodel at their best seem to make Hermes seem like the best company in the world and we all know how bad they are”
“Yodel said they had attempted delivery a week ago. I was in, noone attempted to deliver parcel at 9.18pm (past thsir delivery time anyway). No card left so wouldbt have even known they were attempting to deliver as no communication whatsoever. Rescheduled to today and waiting in 7am-9pm with two young kids. No shows again. Appalling service.”

“My parcel went to a different address the courier put it on someone else’s doorstep and took a photo ! I showed evidence of my own door number and photo of my front door stating that I live in a flat and do not have a porch or dogs as photo showed ! I’m still waiting for my parcel because of couriers mistake ! I can’t get through to customer care it’s automated ! And can only chat to a bot on live chat telling me to be patient ! How bloody rude when one of your thick delivery drivers placed it at the wrong address ! This company is absolutely diabolical ! Get some real people for godsake!”
“I ordered an item on 18 March from a Company in London. The Company posted the item quickly and despatched it to Yodel within 24 hours. The item was at the Yodel depot for over a week before it was delivered on 28 March. A poor service.”
“I've waited all day for a rescheduled delivery and twice the Web customer service agent told me my parcel was with a driver ,even though the tracking showed the parcel was returned to the depot after the delivery slot disappeared 30 mins into being allocated it . It is impossible for that driver to return my parcel in 11 minutes when it take 38 minutes to drive from my town to that depot at most . I'm not amused at being lied to twice”
