If I could do this without no stars I would. 2 days someone has been in the house waiting on a delivery by Yodel. 2 days on the trott a card appeared in my letterbox saying couldn’t deliver. No Doorbell, no knock on the door !!!! I have 2 dogs in the house and they certainly would have let us know someone was at the door. Chat was a waste of time. Not happy at all why do people continue to use them If I don’t receive my delivery on Monday as last attempt apparently going to be a very big complaint made

Between vendor and Yodel the worse service ever. Protracted dialogue with seller and supposed replacement lost. An additional order delayed in sending, Yodel then sent it to wrong depot. After 3 attempts was informed it was lost in system. Interestingly I cancelled order and the following day I see item was returned to sender. At least I had a refund from ETSY... Never again!!

they delivered my parcel i opened it and it was badly damaged i have tried to contact them and i got nowhere the box was crushed and the item was really bent i really dont trust yodel when i tried to call a computer came on the phone not a human it was hard to say anything because you total silence so it can understand then i have to message them but when i put the ref in it say its not recognised please dont trust them

Truly appalling service. The only delivery company to consistently not deliver parcels with the same excuse that we were not in. The driver simply did not attempt to deliver and lied in saying that they had. The online chat support is next to useless, and the formal complaint response is patronising and does nothing to alleviate the problems. This has been a problem for year now and nothing changes. Zero would be a better score ( even that is being generous) I try to avoid online retailers that use Yodel as they are so awful

I have waited in all day for a plant to be delivered. Delivery was supposedly attempted at 13.30. If this was the case why was a card not put through the letterbox advising me of this so called failed delivery attempt. Happens every time with this company. They hold on to your parcels until ready to deliver to certain areas!

I sent a parcel well packaged and marked fragile The parcel was received by the recipient damaged. Trying to sort things out with yodels on line chat was atrocious _ obviously working from a list I personally felt badly let down Next I spent another 20 mins speaking with a customer (couldn’t care less) assistant. An absolute waste of time - I didn’t get my problem solved but I did learn one most definite thing NEVER USE YODEL AGAIN

Worst delivery service I have ever used. They kept saying that the driver attended my address and missed me. I was at home all day and no one came on all 3 occasions and their customer service do nothing when you contact them. Terrible service I was waiting on a pet food delivery that didn't arrive after 10 days and numerous complaints.

All the providers they have in Fulham never accept the parcel for many reasons: they do not accept parcels over the weekend or they run out if labels!

Absolutely awful service the driver didn’t even bother to attempt delivery I spoke to that webchat where they kept telling me it would get delivered as I changed it to picking it up from a collection point. And now this morning they tell me the parcel is lost. Worst service and most horrific experience. Yodel is awful.

Awful service- I have had 2 Yodel deliveries this past month and for both parcels, the delivery driver didn't even bother attempting delivery despite me being in the house all day especially waiting for the parcel.

Can you tell your courier delivering parcels in Portsmouth at PO1 4DA to knock on the door first and hand over the parcel after opening the door? This is not the first time a package has been left at the door and there has been not a knock on the door. YOU DON'T DO THAT! DO NOT LEAVE A PACKAGE AT THE DOOR UNattended AND IT IS MARKED THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED! THE PHOTO CONFIRMING ITS RECEIPT IS A PHOTO TAKEN WITH AN OPEN DOOR OF THE APARTMENT

Absolutely awful. Kept saying they needed more information about my address. One parcel last week was sent back to the vendor. They said they tried to deliver it at 6.45 am. Garbage! Today I was waiting for a delivery after getting in touch yesterday and they said it would be delivered today. Nothing arrived! Had to get in touch again today. Asked again for address info. They said it would be delivered tomorrow. they have had the parcel at the delivery office since Thursday! Have told them to send it back to the vendor. Useless liars.

Missing parcel. This is another parcel that has not made it to me. Very disappointing. It’s clear from the photo evidence it is nowhere near my house. I’ve checked with the neighbours in case. Probably stolen. The last time it didn’t make it to me, the parcel was left outside my apartment block in the street. Don’t use, use another delivery service. Understandably the most they can do is lodge a complaint against the driver, but they really need to start looking into drivers if this keeps occurring
