Where to start? Parcel delivered to god know's where... And despite days of trying to find out what happened and still no parcel, and 3 days of broken promises from the live chat team, still no parcel and no idea of when it will come.. Do not trust a word their support team says - they just read from the script and hope you will give up and go away... £4.50 for a rubbish service from a rubbish company... I don't necessarily blame the drivers - they are probably paid peanuts and expected to deliver too many parcels in a single shift.. its a corporate culture issue.

I know it’s Christmas but you’ve had my next day delivery which I paid £7 for ! For 2 weeks now! And I’ve waited patiently for it ! To be lied to! You have never attempted to even knock on my door! I live in a terrace street and it’s quiet no excuse! Just pure incompetence

Will never, knowingly, order again from a company who use Yodel as their delivery agents. Two Christmas plants overdue for delivery, one was supposed to come last Friday, the other on Saturday. At the moment, according to the app info, the are still sitting in the depot! Have 'spoken' to the Chat Line twice but all you get is their scripted text that you will get a two-hour window for delivery, some hope! I also tried their Customer Service number in the hope that I could talk to a human being but all you get is a Chat Bot who gives you options and then when 'she' runs out of them, cuts you off! If nothing arrives today I'm cancelling my order!@

Avoid at all cost. I cannot express my unhappiness with yodel. "customer service" don't listen to customers questions, they will click the button and send the automatic reply, with apologies we do understand... no they don't My parcel is in on the road for days now. I paid but I cannot get it. I don't know how can i get that delivered at all and when.

Terrible experience Still haven’t received parcel that i absolutely regret ever purchasing. If i k ew that this is so inflexible, would never order. And hope i will never have change to user yetel ever… for those who work, this is impossible. Or if you decide to travel to another city to collect it. I am at work, i cant stay to wait the whole day for that.

1 star for this company is to high, 3 times they trying to deliver my parcel and every time message....sorry we missed you. This is a joke, drivers should be never employed never!!!

Yodel decided to 'hold my parcel at the depot' and not tell me. They then claimed this was 'done at the customer's request. I did not request it at all, and they refused to tell me where the request came from and even ignored the questions. Customer service told me repeatedly, including from a manager, that my parcel would be with me today. I got back in touch when that didn't happen and they said it would actually be tomorrow. they refused to address the fact that i had proof the agent and manager lied to me. The agents AND MANAGEMENT seemed quite happy with lying to me openly and in writing, and I still have no parcel. This company is appalling and their customer service even more so.

AVOID AT ALL COST. How are yodel allowed to operate. Really poor customer service. Parcels are at the drop off point. No.one bothers to come and pick them up. Then they lie and say we tried

I honestly dont know why companies still use Yodel, I suppose its price. I am still waiting for 3/4 parcel deliveries 2 of them should of been here between 1-5 Dec the other supposedly was delivered on 11 Dec, I have CCTV covering the front and back of the house I went through the whole days recording and there was one delivery and that was the postman I was told by the sender that Yodel have photos that the driver had taken. I been told of this con before they use a step put the parcel on it and take a photo then take the parcel back, fortunately Amazon are giving me a full refund. And the yodel tracking site is rubbish its either down for maintenance or no updated tracking info.

Terrible courier service I've waited 24 days no item keeps saying on tracking delivery drivers encountered a hiccup some hiccup more like a lost burp ill not buy anything off anyone using yodel

MINUS 10 WOULD BE APT FOR THIS APPALLING DELIVERY COMPANY. DIABOLICAL SERVICE. I WAS GIVEN 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS FOR WHEN MY PARCEL WOULD BE DELIVERED. 2 DAYS LATER - NO DELIVERY. IF YOU HAVE EVER TRIED TO CONTACT THESE COWBOYS GOOD LUCK. ONLY CONTACT I COULD GET WAS ON-LINE CHAT. TOTALLY USELESS ACHIEVED NOTHING EXCEPT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - MINE NOT THEIR'S. AS FOR GETTING A HUMANE TO SPEAK TO I'D HAVE MORE CHANCE OF WINNING THE LOTTERY. THE ROBOT ADVISED DRIVER COULD NOT FIND ME!!!!!! I LIVE IN A NORMAL LOCATION NOT ON THE MOON. NEVER HAD ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY. I HAD HEARD THIS COMPANY WAS MORE THAN APPALLING, BUT I DID NOT CHOOSE THEM MY SUPPLIER DID. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ORDER AS NONE DELIVERY AND IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. THE POOR SUPPLIER IS NOT AT FAULT AND WILL LOOSE MONEY THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. I HAVE CONTACTED THE SUPPLIER AND ADVISED OF THE SITUATION. YODEL CLOSE YOUR DOORS YOU MIGHT AS WELL AS YOU CANNOT OR ARE NOT INTERESTED ENOUGH IN CUSTOMER CARE. DO US ALL A FAVOUR

I ordered my product on the 6th of December with the “next-day delivery” service. Without hearing anything from either the company or Yodel after the product was shipped, I contacted the company directly on the 7th. They told me that it was an issue with my address and they updated the address on Yodel on my behalf. Again, nothing happened until the 9th when I decided to start contacting Yodel directly. Since then, I have been contacting Yodel every day, even twice a day sometimes, to make sure they have all the information about my address and that delivery will happen the next day. Every person I spoke to was telling me that it would definitely happen tomorrow (probably just to shut my mouth) when in reality that never happened. I explicitly told them that the driver could call me if he/she was unable to find the property, and even sent a picture of the door - all that was in vain as the driver did not make a proper delivery attempt. Yesterday, I was told that they won’t deliver my parcel to my address and I now have to go to the depot myself to pick it up. As I had to wait another 24 hours to find out where I needed to go, it turned out that I had to commute for 2 hours on a Saturday to be able to pick it up. Now please someone tell me, how this is fair and how a “next day delivery” turned into a 1+ week of waiting plus spending more than 3 hours chatting to them, trying to sort this out and now another 2+ hours travelling to the depot? What a waste of time, avoid Yodel and its customer service at all costs! I don’t need compassion from their customer service, I need things to get sorted!!

Waited in for my 8pm / 10pm late for work !! Heard nothing four days later went to depot in Middleton late for work again. It’s a poor show when you have to do the job of someone else

I can’t give 0 stars as you won’t let me I have been nothing but stressed since the 1st dec waited in for a week to return item never showed up and when they did no return label so I wouldn’t let them have it so he took three pictures of my house like he was a mobster while I sat watching him on ring doorbell came back on the 11th without a label and when I said he wasn’t having it he went to the van and got a label but didn’t put it on the box appalling service and disgusting behaviour I would rather have no more parcels ever if yodel are involved.

Crab courier. I always have issues with my deliveries. Now whenever I want to buy something, I always ask the seller which delivery service they use and if it is Yodel I just don’t buy from this seller.

Firstly what can I start with as my current experience that’s ongoing with Yodel is already experienced by so many people leaving reviews. I understand we live in a world where we like to complain but my experience with these people has been unnecessarily over 17 days so far to deliver a next day delivery I’ve got to go to the depot today to get my parcel but looking at the reviews I’m not confident under no circumstance’s should anyone use this company as I shall ask a seller who is delivering my product if it’s Yodel I shall cancel the order they really are terrible

Do not deliver with this company ever again. When you want to solve and talk to someone to help you, use the robot. He ignores you and hangs up your phone. I lost 2 packages because of this company. When I leave them a message, they tell me; sorry for the delay, we will send the package today. I'll tell you the truth dear people, for 2 weeks every day the same thing has been lying to me. It's possible that the Yodel delivers the packages, but the drivers steal the packages. There were 5 minutes left to receive the package at my address and I was following the tracking by phone, it was moving away more and more. I started following the Yodel van. At one point the van stopped near a forest between Burnley and Accrington and they started unloading packages from the van into the small car. Considering that I couldn't film because it was very dark in the forest. After a few minutes they left for Accrington and the traching signal had also disappeared.
